When I click on payment method there is no way to add a credit card
What the heck is this?
You can no longer do anything on the app. App only sends you to a website to order and is not very functional. This app now serves NO purpose at all. Deleted immediately.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app so I could place an order and it doesn’t even work for the location near me. Grrrrr.
Food was good but no Curbside.
The app allows for curbside pick up but they don’t have a curbside spot. If you park in the front you will be ticketed. Beware!

App is too littered with drop downs for a place that only makes tenders and you can’t even use Apple Pay or Google Pay

Mobile order
Placed order online and set time set there for over 30 mins they knew we will there and sat down and they put our order on the side with the door dash pickup instead of letting us know it was done
Why have an app?
If the app redirects to order food on the website why even bother having an app? I had to login in twice and when it made me login on the website it said my info was wrong. Hopefully this gets updated soon.
Why Do I Now Order From Browser?
I loved ordering through the mobile app, it was convenient and easy - make an order and pay right through your app, I was even able to use my ApplePay. It was wonderful. Then some “fantastic” major update took place, and frankly everything went grossly down hill. Now, when I open the app to place an order, I’m informed that my location isn’t supported via the app, then I am directed to an external link that opens my browser. I have to try logging in again, sometimes it works while other times it doesn’t accept my password. Once I’ve managed to gain entry to my account - I’m not only hungry but getting annoyed - I have to navigate a website that was clearly not well constructed for mobile use.
After creating an order, I make the attempt at submitting payment - what joy, it will not accept my pre-fill information, not I have to either do battle with my memory OR I have to go locate my payment information - and granted I understand this could very well be a minor inconvenience, I’m at the point of being “hangry”, and let’s face it, any minute inconvenience is exacerbated. Finally, after entering and submitting my info - I truly believe I have won the war, but wait! there’s more! Remember how one could get confirmation of the order and hit the “I’m here” button from the app? Now, with this lovely new level of difficulty, I now have to open my email (again, a minor inconvenience, I understand) and click the smallest “I’m here” link - which opens my browser again - click another link that is supposed to tell the restaurant staff I’m outside. Apparently that feature rarely works - no big deal there I can use the steps.
Please, Huey, bring back the app I knew and genuinely loved.
