The app needs more functionality. The food is
delicious but all the app offers is a web link for the customer to use to place an order outside of the “app”. I look forward to similar features of other restaurants allowing actual ordering within the app. Thanks.

Login Stopped Working
User and password works on the website. It does not work anymore on the app after the upgrade, even by deleting and installing again.
Doesn’t have all locations
Also requires clicking a link to open a web browser to order at some! Absolutely a complete fail.
Never Received Verification Email
I was so excited that we had a Huey Magoo’s open in my area. I downloaded the app and waited patiently for a verification email so I could login. Never received it. I checked my inbox and spam and still nothing. When I try to set up my acccount again I get the message to verify my email with the link sent which never came. And I can’t create a new account because my phone number is linked to the first one. Very frustrating. So today I just deleted the app. Very disappointed in the whole situation.

Useless app
Every time I open the app, login, and complete my order I am directed to use a link in a web browser to order online for the location I’ve selected. I use the link and have to start all over. I pick the location and no matter what I do, it picks the wrong store. I’ve switched it to the Millenia location dozens of times and there is a 50% chance it is sent to the Sand Lake location. In addition to a terrible experience, the UI is the worst I’ve ever seen. As organization as large as this should have a simple and effective app. Each time I come to the store the employees are frustrated. They say the details don’t make it to their kitchen when you add customization or if substitutions are selected they don’t receive them. Spend a month updating the app with a real product manager and watch your mobile sales sore!

However this app is garbage and pointless
You sign into ur account on the app and then pick ur location
Then it gives you a link to order from the location you chose and it opens up safari and you hav to sign in again
Literally just an app to hold URL’s lol
There’s actually 0 point of opening the app it literally doesn’t do anything
If y’all paid someone to program this app they pulled off an absolute heist
Make ur app as good at ur chicken tendies and you’ll dominate the south East

App no longer works with my local restaurant
I used to LOVE this app for ordering at my local Huey Magoo’s. However, since they changed the app (first happened when they changed the logo on the app) I can no longer place an order on the app. When I enter my local store, it simply takes me to a link to a website where I can order online, thus negating the entire point of the app. Please enable in-app ordering again, I order often and it made my life so much easier.

The app was fine without the new update.
Before the recent update the app was working fine. I never had any issues and would work how an app should work. I was able to order my meal on the app and pay on the app as well and it was nice. Now Since I updated the app with the new update I can no longer order off the app. I logged in to my account, selected my store to order from and instead of showing me the menu it shows a link that then leads me to the magoo’s website where I have to login again. Like at this point there is no reason for the app. I enjoy the food there but the app is terrible. and it’s a hit or miss with the app. either you have a good working app or you don’t. Because one of my friends also has the app and is able to use the app perfect without having to be redirected to the website unlike me. And he has the app up to date. So basically it’s a hit or miss whether you will have a working app. if you haven’t updated the app yet I suggest that you wait.

What happened??
Not sure what happened with this app. Used to Be great. Recently Spent time resetting my password to use the app to then place an order which then gives me a link that takes me out of the app and to the website where I order instead having to relogin. What’s the point of the app at all if you can’t do anything with it?

Fix your broken app
The company makes great chicken, but their online ordering has been abysmal. The latest app won’t let you reset a forgotten password which is what an existing user must do to be able to login to the “new app.” The password email it sends is just a copy of the email announcing the app was released. And the existing user cannot create a new account. Great way to tick off current HM fans.
This company needs to spend real money on its mobile apps and website. Otherwise we just go to Chick-fil-A which has the grand-daddy of chicken tender apps.
