We’ve had our feeder for about 4months and it is working out well. When my dog Shirley here’s my wife’s voice she goes running to the food. On occasion we get the food jam but overall we are pleased.GTS3

Push notifications not working
App is great. Love the look and easy to use. However, notifications are not working and is very important to me.Maxim801

I bought this feeder mainly because the amount of positive app reviews, over the competing brands. It’s a plain and simple app that gets the job done. Would love to see in future updates for support with Shortcuts, HomeKit and Apple Watch app.EddieHart
Add HomeKit, Siri Shortcuts and watch app
Easy to set up and works well. Please consider the following additions:
1. am/pm instead of 12 hour.
2 HomeKit automation
3 Siri shortcut (so I can say hey Siri feed the kitty)
4 watch app so I can feed from my watch
5 confirmation notification that feed was successfulswingingout
Feeding does not work as scheduled.
I set up automatics feeding in the app and every day since I bought the feeder the app has failed to release the food at the scheduled time. It either doesn’t release the correct amount of food (I schedule 4 servings and it only gives 1 serving) or I set up the time to be fed and it doesn’t release the food at all. Every day I check back on the scheduled times and amount and every day the app just changes the amount or turn the feeding off all together without my authorization. I hope they can update the app again.Show lessteejane91
