KNOCKED ME RIGHT OFF
I thought boxing would be easy but after trying this i cant say that anymore this is gonna help me convince my dad that im ready to box and prove him wrong the work outs help loads and im on the road to perfect my jab and my cross thank you
Fantastic - must have
App is tremendous for folks who don’t have a gym to train at. Even the free version will give you a good workout, the paid version is an added bonus for variety.
Great even for a complete beginner
I am learning how to shadow box thanks to this app. I’m a beginner and the instructions are clear, the videos are informative and I am building fitness as I learn.
Great app!
Great app!
Great for workouts
Great features and good too time my workouts but a shame all the cool stuff needs paying for
Train Like You Mean It!
This app has fundamentally changed the way that I train, completely for the better. Tracks my daily progress. Breaks down essential aspects of each workout mid session for your improvement. Tons of content to choose from, no matter what level you’re fighting at. A lot of apps claim to be a “Personal Trainer” of sorts, but this is truly and exactly that. Premium is well worth the investment. Do it for yourself. Seriously.

My favorite martial arts app
This is my favorite out of all the similar apps I’ve tried.
1. It doesn’t pause my music
2. It doesn’t need the strongest wifi connection in order to just load the exercises properly
3. I have plenty of options for different lengths of workouts, even with the free version
4. There’s randomness instead of the same pre-loaded combos every time which keeps the workouts interesting
I really wish I could find something similar to this for Muay Thai or even kickboxing so I can practice my kicks the same way. I have yet to find one that works the same way. If the creator of this app were to make one I would download it immediately.

Boxing app
Awesome app. Love it
A workout and more
I started a boxing gym two months ago and using this app on my off days has really helped me keep in shape and learn how to get more comfortable with combinations, mitt training, and weight shifting during training. I feel like the app is worth the money for the full app and i havent even bought the full app myself. Only been using the free training so far. Anyone that wants to learn can definitely start on this app in my opinion.

Good Versatility With One Issue
I’m using this app to get back and shape and I love all the customization options. My only issue is calling out the number instead of the name. I’ve been boxing for fitness and self defense for years so it’s not a problem with knowing what number corresponds to which punch. But in the middle of a workout, it’s easier for me to get into the flow when the punch is called out instead. It’s just easier for me personally cause I’m easily distracted. If there was a way to have an option to call out the name instead of the number, this would be a perfect app for me.
