2.0.3 broken
It worked somewhat when I first got it with questionable accuracy, but since this latest update photo capture no longer works at all. No matter how I turn it, shade or sunlight, nothing works. It will turn yellow but never take the picture on it’s own and if I force it to take the picture it will say cannot read. The forced 15 second timer is annoying too. I’d rather be able to turn that off and time it myself.quitjoshin
Finally an update and now the app is even worse.
The app always interpreted its own pictures inaccurately, even when it worked. And let’s not even talk about how often certain squares on the strips don’t seem to react at all, because that’s a problem unrelated to the app. (And my strips are supposedly good until 2025…) But as a whole system this fails spectacularly in every possible way.
The newest update is unable to auto capture, at the distance required to put the top and bottom squares into the required spots. The picture is completely out of focus. So you need to move the camera further away and then pinch to zoom. Fine. I can do that. But it still doesn’t auto-capture. The app actually crashes instead of taking a picture. It can’t read manual shots either, even if they’re perfectly aligned and in focus. That leaves manual entry. And just tapping that option immediately crashes the app. Every. Single. Time. Did anybody test this update at all?2¢

A feature to show all measurements on same graph and per measurement graph to show a trend and projected reminders - to be created, towards user goals.
I’d pay for that - but not subscription please, but like app just the same.slashlos
App does not pick correct camera lens on iphone 14 pro
Camera does not focus and app does not pick the macro lens on the iphone 14 pro. It will not read strip as it is blurry. Also, the grey back of my comparator is on the back side of the holder and opposite of the instructions. Instructions say there is a camera button too and there is not. My app actually captured one image automatically that was out of focus and the strip was 10 mins old at that point. Also, fix the on screen buttons to fit the iphone 14 pro screen properly!parkersmith
Frustrated and disappointed….
I would give this app no stars if I could. When I first start using this app last year it was great (even on my iPhone 14 pro max). Within the last two weeks it will not auto capture. I have a very hard time reading the colors to enter them manually, but I do the best as I can. Now it does not tell you how much Ph up/down to add if needed. The developer needs to get this fixed!! App not giving option for picture
Not sure what is going on with the app, but it doesn’t give an option for taking pictures. I checked the settings and there is no option for allowing the app to access the camera.
Update: check the product first, not all products they sell are compatible with the photo capture.pogotech
Photo capture needs improvement (iPhone 14)
I was looking forward to using these test strips with the app because I have a color deficiency and can never determine the proper reading on my own. Unfortunately the photo capture feature has only worked once out of 12 attempts so far. Needing to use a new strip after 30 seconds I’ll be going through the entire bottle in a day.

Needs countdown timer
I love the app, but I found myself juggling apps to be 15 seconds after immersion to take photo reading. A simple countdown from 15 seconds would be great.Jack457812
Doesn’t work on iPhone 14
This worked fine on my iPhone 10. I upgraded yesterday and for some reason the software will not let the camera focus on the strip of close. I can take a well zoomed in picture of it it using the camera itself, but something about the software in the app keeps it from being able to get a clear picture of close. Totally useless until they fix this bug.Bo Chamberlain
Camera doesn’t work
