Worst ezpass in the world
NH has the worst ezpass in the world. App is a total fail. Phone system is impossible. Even MA has a better system. Even the NH website is a total fail. The only way I could pay this $2 toll is via a mailed credit card or mailed check. I chose credit card as that will cost NH extra processing fees. They wasted my time for a $2 toll. This App Suuuuuuucks
I downloaded this app when I got a new transponder for my new card. Worked well for about a week and now won’t log in at all. Just a spinning thing for about 10 seconds and then nothing! You would think with the amount of property taxes, vehicle registration fees, tolls, and other things the state charges we could get a simple app that works! Bravo, NH! Bravo! 👎Show lessNHSteeler
App kicks you out
Not only does it take forever to load anything on the app but also I tried adding a new car and as soon as I put all the information in the app just closes out. I tried three times before writing this review. I downloaded the app hoping it would be better than using the website but both make it near impossible to get anything done.Show lessHopper976
Useless App

Unable to update credit card expiration date on file.
Unable to delete that card.
Unable to add a new card. - crashes when clicking expiration date
Unable to add ACH - crashes after a few minutes. Also doesn’t allow enough fields to fit an account number lol!??? What a bunch of hacks working for the state.
There’s literally no purpose to this app as it’s not functional.

So frustrating
Decide to download this app. I create an account and go through all the info and make a pin, make a password, answer three security questions, get to the last page and put in my credit card info. I hit the button to make a payment and it says this license plate already has an account! Grrrrr! So this app is only for new customers? Why didn’t it say that four pages ago? If you’ve ever been frustrated by the fact that the NH EZPass website isn’t available on mobile, wait til you try the app! My primary need is to add and remove a car when traveling and renting a car. With repeated attempts, the app crashed every time. Don’t bother.Nola1699

I wish I could give it less than 1 star. How was this abomination even released? Can’t get any help online, over the phone, or via the app. However, I get letters in the mail asking me to update my account - but I can’t! Because nothing works!GetYourShtTogetherNH
App is buggy
Try to add a card to your “wallet?” App quits every time I try to change expiration date. “Remember me” is selected, but it doesn’t remember me, so I have to log in with every effort. I hope that the app will be fixed before I have to make my next payment.Mercury Mewer
Can’t do anything
I couldn’t properly reset my password via the app. I couldn’t update my address via the app. I couldn’t update my credit card on the app. These things weren’t that easy on the website either. I guess I’ll just wait for my balance to run dry to deal with this again. Hopefully they’ve hired an IT department by then.Show lessahallification

It doesn’t work. I only downloaded this because the E-ZPass NH site wouldn’t work on my phone. But after trying three times to update my information, it kept closing out for no apparent reason. Don’t waste your time.katew0411
