Hello! First of all, thank you for all details you provided, your feedback is very helpful! Why LiveChat Lite -> at the beginning we wanted to create a light app that will be used for the chatting purpose only. But during the LC Lite development, we decided to change our approach and add more features to this app. Even the name is not changed, it's not Lite anymore: the app gives more possibilities than the old mobile app view, and we are not done yet. The name will be changed once we will remove the old app from the AppStore. Copying specific data from the surveys -> we will check what we can do to allow copying specific data from the chat feed. Right now you can open the Customers Details (avatar in the top right corner) and then the Chat surveys section. In this view, you can copy specific answers from the survey. No iPad Support?, no LANDSCAPE?!
I launched the older Live Chat, Inc., App on my iPad Pro, it tells me I am using an out-of-date App, download the new LiveChat Lite only to find that it isn't an iPad app? Alright fine. I can just maginify it, wait, there's more! No landscape support?! Thank god the old App still works or I'd be in a very bad spot since I use the Apple Magic Keyboard. Keep in mind LiveChat Inc, we are in a pandemic, many people are home working and a LOT of said people use an iPad!!! Now that the new iPad Air also supports the Magic Keyboard and how many alternative keyboard exist there is no reason for a production app to not have iPad support and it's entirely inexcuable to not support landscape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, You are 100% right, we should not recommend the new app for the iPads yet. The iPad view will be added soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi there! We know it has been a while, but I have some excellent news for you: the ticketing system is now available in the mobile app (from v2.7.7, to be more precise). :)
