Huge improvement on previous app, just missing one key function!
Really impressed by this new app, but really need the ability to see and reply to Tickets!

Hello! It has been a while, but I have some excellent news for you: the ticketing system is now available in the mobile app (from v2.7.7, to be more precise). :)
Still doesn’t work!
I started using this app after the original LC app left our account logged in even though we didn’t have our app connected. I was told to download the Lite app instead as LC acknowledged issues with logouts on OG app. I’ve tried downloading this twice and continue to get error messages! So frustrating!
