  • Works for the most part, needs to refresh frequently

    It’s a user-friendly app for data collection. Sometimes, depending on internet connection and phone, it needs to be refreshed manually often to ensure the data is locked in.

    I think the RBTs should be able to reorganize and reorder the targets on our end on the app. Sometimes the BCBAs try their best on their end to keep everything organized but it would be nice if I can reorder the targets to my preference.
  • Doesnt work

    The app does not work. I am a worker trying to use it. I will just stick to the safari browser for now..
  • Nothing but client names

    Not sure if my app was glitching but I can only see client names and nothing else so it is not worth it having this app in my opinion. I’ll just stick to the website. :)
  • Horrible!

    I have not been able to login on my mobile app, at all. And I’ve had it for over a year. Did every update, and still nothing. It always says login failure.
  • Won’t let me log in!!!

    Keeps telling me I got an invalid pw when I literally use facelock on the website. It’s the same pw!
  • Complete Garbage

    This app is poorly made. You have to refresh your screen to see the sessions after clicking on a client, rather than them automatically loading, which confuses people right off the bat. My data doesn’t completely graph once submit. There’s no option to complete your session note or even see your calendar. The list goes on. Do not use this app. If you have the choice, don’t use central reach on mobile at all. The website is just as bad on a phone. 0/5 stars if possible.
  • Super buggy

    I have to redownload all the time because it keeps data from a previous session tracked and has targets show up blank. Deleting, thenredownloading works, but having to do that during a session multiple times a month is far from ideal.

    It would be nice if we could view our messages in the app

  • Worst child care app ever

    Tried at least 10 different attempts to login, everytime one or another random issue or error kept blocking me, despite having an authenicated account i have accessed via web multiple times.

    Wonder how you guys are even getting contract of Child care organizations despite this bad performance and rating.

    Wish you guys look at your whole product offering if want to stay relevant in this industry
  • Does not work

    I’ve had to cancel so many sessions because this app does not work and I cannot do my job. I’ve tried to redownload it over 15 times and restart my phone 3 times and it still won’t even let me log in. This app is incredibly frustrating.
