  • Never has it been so hard to pay my truck loan

    Every month I dread paying my truck payment. Not because I don’t have the funds but because the process is so drawn out. I have tired to set up a profile multiple times with my name and DOB and every time it says it can’t find my info so then I have to go through the express pay. That takes forever because it has to connect to my bank, put in bank password, security questions then I’m finally able to pay my loan. I have reached out to customer service and they were not helpful in taking me through the steps to get my profile set up so for now I will just keep going through express pay.

  • Scott Credit Union is really good

    I’ll be honest I really only use it to check my account and stuff of that nature, but it’s honestly REALLY helpful as it’s fast and you don’t need thirty passcodes to find your accounts. I mean that as in you can simply enter one passcode, letters/numbers or just have finger ID enabled. It’s just fantastic and very user friendly for pretty much everyone.

  • Can change the amount to the principal

    Always having problems …can’t change the amount to my mortgage payment… have to call to fix the issue many times….i never had a problem with my other mortgage lenders app . I hope you guys can improve your service I really love Scott credit union but not the app.

    The SCU app has many nice features on it. I do about 80-90% of my banking Business on their app. It is an improvement over the previous SCU app. My only concern is my app doesn’t always fully open sometimes stopping on the second page and not fully opening to my accounts page.

    Although I’m still getting used to the app, it does have 5 Star promise! I like the credit card part where I can effortlessly view my card purchases anytime I wish! Everything else looks real good!
    Part II: Still getting used to it, but I like it! Will jot things down for next time! Still FIVE STAR! I conduct most of my banking on my iPhone and at the present time, I have no suggestions. The only concerns I have is security and the scams that take place from time to time. But your in-bank personnel have helped me out considerably! Sometimes you have to have that face to face contact to solve some problems and I am grateful for that. When I do visit SCU, I notice your banking personnel are the best! All that I’ve come in contact with are very polite and personable. It’s a joy to do that “in house” banking, something you don’t get using your iPhone!

    Part III: Scott Credit Union continues to provide me and my family excellent banking services. I’ve been a member for over forty years after retiring from the military. I have always enjoyed Scott’s friendly service since 1983. Whatever bank you visit, you’ll find the same the same friendly service and greeting upon entering the facility. I would definitely recommend Scott Credit Union to family members and friends!

  • Fictionality, reliability and IT service could be better

    It would be nice if you could schedule payments to reoccur on the app. Also the check deposit function does not keep up with the iOS updates. Be prepared to not deposit checks for some time after an update. The help desk is not helpful. When you report an outage they blame your ignorance for why it does not work. Although when you call any branch, they say they have lots if complaints regarding their check deposit function. Yet all these complaints does not improve their in app services.

    App works good. It does everything that I'd like it to- such as mobile deposits for depositing checks at home, I get to view my different account balances & details, and I also get to see my mortgage account. My reason for only 3 stars and my only dislike is that the app isn't exactly user-friendly. What I mean by that is I just wish they would change the appearance of the app so that is more appealing to the eye. Other banking apps that I use are more user friendly and more easily navigable.

  • Options to transfer to another member

    I really count on the transfer funds to another member feature as we do a lot of money transfers in this family and SCU has removed this feature what feels like indefinitely. It’s made things difficult to try to transfer to the ppl I need to and calling and waiting so long on hold is extremely time consuming. When I ask when this feature will return no one has an answer. :-(
