  • Worst place I’ve ever financed with

    Since day one, it has been like pulling teeth trying to get an answer or through to them,They sent out no correspondence and yet they charged me and set me up on their insurance which cost $102 a month and they set me up for three months!! Then when I proved I had insurance on my ATV they came up with every excuse not to give me my money back they did not inform me that my auto payment didn’t go through until I was 33 days late just absolutely been horrible from day one I would never ever finance anything else with them ever again we had issues when we got our camper and it got finance through them, so they’ve had two chances and I am going to refinance!!!!

  • Easy

    One of the easiest app out there! Simple to check balances and real easy to transfer funds along with no charges. Haven’t had to apply for a loan through the app so I can’t comment on that feature. Easy to check fraud alerts and easy to communicate via email through the app. Thanks.
  • Very uneven performance

    I have been a member of the credit union for years and this new app is very unpredictable. Sometimes it allows me to use my fingerprint and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it opens up right away and sometimes it doesn’t. There are times when it tells me there is an error and isn’t. In general I have not been happy with this app. Previous ones have worked much better.

  • Some features unavailable or difficult to find

    I would love to change my address but can’t find a way. You have to really search to find how to transfer, mobile deposit, change nicknames, and get statements but you can’t do many things with them.

    I do love how it is always available and only down late at night.
  • More stuff, Less value

    First off let me say you can easily see this app has more banking options than the previous version. I see why they changed it. Now reality... This one does not do a good job showing the account info like the old one. Older people in my family can’t see the smaller numbers. My wife & I had access to our sons Teen Checking through the old app with our account. Now only my wife has access and through a separate login. Seeing the Balance and Available Balance is harder now, even for me. A 70 year old family member has basically stopped using the app now and is considering a different Credit Union. Again, I know they want to add more and make things more “secure” but it seems members mostly are displeased.

  • App doesn’t always work

    Overall, the app is okay. I am able to view my account information. However , I rated it four stars because most of the time I have to go in my browser to access my account information because app is down for whatever reason. If this was not an issue, I would have given it five stars.
  • Still miss old app

    Porting the website into an app just isn’t a good experience. Fingerprint login works some of the time. It required me to re-enroll in mobile deposits. Menus and interactions are all optimized for desktop. But if you want to only have one app, it would be better the other way around — optimize for mobile and let the desktop be a bigger version of that. Great bank, great customer service, but mobile users are clearly an afterthought.

  • O. K. Replacement App

    I read initial reviews about this app just being a copy of SCU web page and refused to download it until I was forced. I was immediately able to use the app and it is a reasonable replacement for the original for me. Is it the best for all banking needs? No , but it is very useable and convenient. Haven’t found features like budget, check ordering, send payments, etc, so a 4 until I find/use extended services.

  • Do I like the app?

    Don’t particularly like having to login every time I want to use the app. Before all I had to do was use my password. Now I have to use my id and password. Would not be bad if I logged in every day but now I have to remember what my id is and sometimes it will be weeks between logins. So I am not really happy with the new app.
    Not liking this stupid nickname thing either. Just so you know!

  • My experience

    Very user friendly and downtimes dont seem to ever get in the way! Staff is helpful but either scott credit union has had a huge rush of customers or maybe hire more staff. Wait times have been Horrible long exceptionally long with no return call . Otherwise be staff is always pleasant and helpful!
