  • Switch back to the old app!

    This is not an upgrade this is a huge downgrade. My car insurance keeps getting declined so it’s debatable wether or not I’m legally driving. Money gets taken out of my account for a payment and it doesn’t even show me what it’s for. This is a huge inconvenience I’m not sure why this hasn’t been fixed. I’m almost tempted to switch banks which will happen in the near future if this app doesn’t get fixed. Change is a wonderful thing however not when it goes from something amazing to something terrible. For the sake of your banks future please fix the app!

  • Old app was, and is still better

    I don’t write reviews, but I’m compelled to write something about this “new” (website in an) app. This new app doesn’t seem as user friendly as the old app did. I was expecting it to be a smooth transition and easier to navigate, but was I wrong. You’re better off signing into your account on the internet browser itself. Sure, it may be convenient to have the app, but you can create a link to the webpage from the internet and put it directly on your phone... which is practically what they did.

  • Bring back the old app

    I am not a person who is stuck in the old ways of doing things. I am typically very receptive to new changes. This app is not one of them. The flaws are obvious - very difficult to use, not user friendly, etc... The old app was easy to transfer money between accounts and simplistic to get the necessary information you want within your bank account. Please go back to the old app or come out with a new one that is more user friendly.

  • Not great

    I do wish we could continue to use the old app. I understand they want to give us access to more features and settings but at the expense of easy navigation. I do like the more button in the top right but when you click on transfers there needs to be an easy way to get back to the home page. I agree with the other users on showing pending deposits. I just wish it was more mobile friendly.

  • Two and a half weeks to transition?

    The new app supports multiple accounts but only just. The old one had a drop down that saved multiple accounts and allowed FaceId to login to the selected account. The new app doesn’t seem to have that feature. Fortunately I was able to configure faceid to unlock one account and passcode to unlock the other. The first announcement I received about the new app was February 18. The old app was deprecated today, March 9th, 2.5 weeks later. That seems a little short.

  • Unnecessary mess bring back old app

    This is a kick in the face. Whoever decided to push this “app” must be getting kick backs because it is garbage. They killed the old app which worked perfectly because they knew no one would willing switch to this crap. It’s not even an app it is essentially just the desktop site that you access from this “app” what a joke. You lost all the functionality of the old app which again was perfectly fine
    . If I could I’d give it zero stars. I guess I’ll just bypass this crap and use the website because refuse to encourage this type of nonsense.

  • Please go back to the old app.

    It’s time to go back to the old app. Crashing, the layout (FYI it’s just the website copy and pasted), and now I can’t even get to my accounts to do literally anything. I’m honestly considering changing banks because the website is affected to. The old app was great I loved it and apparently everyone else did too. If I wanted to use the website I would just go to the website an app is supposed to streamline and make everything easy. Aside from all the other issues the new app has it got rid of features I loved it the old app. PENDING ACH DEPOSITS IS A HUGE ONE. Please go back.

  • Where is everything

    I hated having to switch to this app. Everything takes too much clicking to get where you want or to move money around. I can’t see any incoming money anymore (like paychecks) that the old app would show. The process to move money is insane. There’s so much extra stuff that makes it confusing to get to where I want. It’s a bank app. It’s not a website and it’s built to be a website. Apps are supposed to be easier to use and this is not. Can we get the old style back??

  • New App is Great

    This new app is great! In addition to still being able to deposit checks, transfer money between my accounts, and access my money manager through the app, I can now also access my credit card. I’m very happy with the app.
  • Not as good as the old app

    I’m not really sure why they are pushing everybody to this “updated” app, but the old app was far superior. It was a proper mobile app with well thought out shortcuts, layouts, and functions. This new app is harder to navigate and harder to decipher overall. Like others who have reviewed this app I also miss the showing of pending deposits and withdrawals. It really helped make finances less stressful when you could see something pending the day before it happened. Please revert to the old app Scott Credit Union and stop supporting this one.
