READ THIS
The app is great, you can lock your scooter form a couple feet away, change max speed, cruise control settings, and make you not have to kick to get a start. Everyone says the UI is bad, but the app controls everything that the scooter can do. I’ve seen people asking for the ability to change the led colors, but the hardware is just red leds, so a software update couldn’t fix that. Really nice scooter, pretty nice app. If you have this scooter, (S2 or S2 PRO) you should get the app. Thanks.

Not working
After i have used this app for about 3 days it didn't connect to my scooter after trying everything it would not reconnect to my scooter after putting in the right passcode for it and everything in all a terrible app.
Ok app but has room for improvements
I would like to see a feature where it shows how much charge you get back from the regenerative braking or a tracking feature where how far you rode with the scooter on a single charge. Little stuff like that would make this app better.
Need to fix lock mode
I found a bug with the s2 pro scooter. When I lock the scooter via the app, it locks normally. But when in lock mode, I can easily unlock the scooter by just plugging in the charger and remove it. It’s not saving the lock state in the scooter when locked via the app. All it takes is just to plug the charger and remove it. That’s it, the scooter is unlocked.
If this bug can be fixed with a firmware update, I’d greatly appreciate. And I won’t be returning the order back soon.

Odometer
The apps works well for me but I wish it had an odometer reading so I could see how many km I’ve put on the scooter since new. I’ve seen other apps do it and hope it gets added in soon
Missed opportunity
Please add a widget allowing us to quickly lock/unlock the scooter more conveniently. Having to find and run the app just to do that is not convenient.
Please add battery information and trip distance to main screen
The app needs some work and it will be a better experience and selling point for your product. It needs the battery percentage on the main screen and a trip distance also added.
Need more things added
It’s a pretty decent app but I think they should have more things in the app like how far you driven etc

Asks me for password it doesn’t work issues are annoying and the app is very poorly designed
Scooter is excellent, app is terrible
I have tried everything to reconnect one of our scooters to the app and nothing works. One of the reviews says that if it works for you do not update the app, and I would highly encourage you follow that review. If it’s working for you, do not try to update it.
As for the scooter, it is amazing. They really need to fix the app. I called or emailed and complained, they sent me a new circuit board to install, which takes a lot of time, which I shouldn’t have to do. but looking at the reviews here and my experience with the hardware, I really don’t think it is the circuit board but more of an app and Bluetooth issue.
