Scooter is excellent, app is terrible
I have tried everything to reconnect one of our scooters to the app and nothing works. One of the reviews says that if it works for you do not update the app, and I would highly encourage you follow that review. If it’s working for you, do not try to update it.
As for the scooter, it is amazing. They really need to fix the app. I called or emailed and complained, they sent me a new circuit board to install, which takes a lot of time, which I shouldn’t have to do. but looking at the reviews here and my experience with the hardware, I really don’t think it is the circuit board but more of an app and Bluetooth issue.

unable to connect with app
Hi there I bought a hiboy s2 pro from a friend but I am unable to connect it i asked him did he set a password but he is saying he has not please guide me how can I do it

Brake sensitivity gone
The app removed the brake sensitivity adjustment function. Please add it back there is no way to adjust it otherwise
Poor app features
The app is very slow and laggy. The app is not user friendly, like Segway app.
It does everything you could want
It locks it, changes the power of the electrical break, toggles acceleration speed, controls the max speed, and MUCH MORE.
Good the best ever
The only thing that the company needs for sales to skyrocket is that you put the application in Spanish after the best scooter

Make it so the app tracks how much the scotter had been driven or how long the range has left and the app would be amazing
