Really poor UI/UX.
The app is very poorly designed with informing the user what is happening. What do I mean by this, well when trying to update the firmware on the app it’s a blank page. It doesn’t inform the user wether it’s retrieving data or if the developers never implemented the page. This also goes for their feedback page where it just says “cannot be empty” but doesn’t specify what.
Besides the UI/UX which needs to go through user testing, I think it’s redundant to have a speedometer on the app when the screen on the scooter says it. Secondly there’s no option to lower the speaker volume which is obnoxious in certain situations. I would love there to be an update where we can lower the speaker volume or mute it. The only other solution is soldering it off which may be the way to go if you need something more quiet.
Scooter wise it’s pretty good for it’s price point but this is a rating for the app not the scooter.

Speed Limiter is the Only Downside
Please provide a Firmware update to allow the scooter to reach at least 22 mph. If not faster.
It would be a great selling point.
It’s a good bit slow compared to many scooters I’ve ridden.
When I ride with my gf she flies past me going 21 mph

Forgot passcode
I was locking and unlocking the scooter with the bluetooth app, then one day it logged me out, and started asking for passcode again, unexpectedly. This was a problem because the person who changed the PIN was not immediately reachable, so I had to wait awhile to unlock the scooter. Very frustrating.

What is this password the app is asking for?
I just got the S2 pro and I’m trying to understand why the app is asking for a password and where I would find the password. I could give a better review once I figure this out.
Wont even connect
The Bluetooth doesn’t work and won’t connect to my scooter
Problem
I have the S2 Lite I do not know how to connect the scooter
This app works as expected
This app seem very stable and works as expected however I would’ve love to see more progressive features like tracking recent routes or the distance of recent routes and stuff like that.
App doesnt work
After trying to connect to the scooter, it asks me to put in the password (default 888888) but nothing happens after that, the screen only shows the “Rescan” button. This app is completely useless in its current state
Why can’t you use this for the Hiboy s2 lite
You need to be able to use it for the Hiboy S2 lite. I don’t get how it’s so hard to get a app for two different scooters. It’s so ridiculous.
Great app
Great app that has a really good UI. It is easy to navigate and displays all essential information. I use the app for my Hiboy S2 Pro scooter, and the app provides many more functions which cannot be done from the scooters display itself. For example, you can lock the scooters front wheel electronically which is really helpful. Next, you can set speed limits and check the battery percentage exactly. The only reason this is 4 stars is because the app should be able to show how much longer and how many miles the scooter can go before it dies. Also it needs a odometer to show how many miles you rode the scooter similar to a real car. Over all great app.
