Badly coded, no autofill

None of the info or payment fields are properly coded to work with the phone’s auto-fill functions. No Apple Pay either. But it does work once you manually enter everything.

Pain!

What a pain in the neck! First time I use this app trying to pay for parking. Asks for my email I give, then I pick the park I want to pay, I choose an all day parking and start to pay, first it starts with my phone after I enter my number it will not accept it which doesn’t allow you to go any further so I asked the question after explaining what is happening and I get the answer to what I’m already doing. I explain I’ve already done that and the response “I don’t know how to answer that” this app is horrible.

Thankful for the App

I had my ATM, no cash. I found the App trying to find a way to pay for a parking pass. Luckily I was able to find a pass I needed and did not have to drive an hour back just to get gas. Use the App with confidence, just make sure you have Wi-Fi!

Terrible app

What a stupid app the thing won't send my code at all. Horrible.

Forced App-based system is horrid

App is required for parking at my local state park. I’m having issues with the app and I don’t always have my phone charged. The park doesn’t support cash or card payments anymore so being forced to this app incurs complications for me to enjoy the state parks.
Horrible and discriminates those who don’t have wifi or have app access.

Apps such as these should recognize these issues and work with clients to support flexible payment systems. 0 stars, and make payments more assessable!

Not accepting UK mobile numbers

Why have international dial codes in the drop down menu and not accept international numbers ?

No problems

I feel like a lot of people are buying passes AT the location where they might not get service on their phones. Either buy them before hand while on WiFi or if you have a wifi enabled vehicle, connect to that and boom. You’re in!

Cannot register with UK number.

This app is useless unless you have a US number.

Not ready for prime time.

The state park I am at uses this junk app for firewood purchases. I tried buying two bundles of wood. After 10 minutes of farting around with a phone in the woods I now have two transactions each for two bundles and no interface or contact info for reversal. Terrible experience. Terrible UI. Terrible idea.

This app is far worse than a locked box with a slot in it. Save yourself the hassle and just steal the wood. I have paid for the next guy.

No way to show existing passes

I’m a resident of another state that is now using this awful app. If you buy a pass from the state parks site, there is no way to show it in Yodel. Using Yodel is undependable at best, so you’re forced to use the regular state DNR or Parks site, but then no way to load your passes in the app. Kudos to the sales team for this app - you’ve clearly hoodwinked multiple states in to buying vaporware. Now put the same effort in to actual app development & support!
