If you are like me, don’t have much time to water your lawn, dealing with kids, and their sports, work, all in all, a busy life. OtO has helped me keeping my lawn and plants alive and green. Great for kids, they love playing with OtO on those hot days.

The Device: We just moved into our house last year and the price for a sprinkler system was very high. We went with the OtO lawn watering system instead and were able to cover our entire front lawn for far cheaper. The unit was easy to setup and the directed spray pattern reduces water waste. The App: The app made it super easy to setup by defining my boundaries, and then the app mapped the pattern required to cover my area with minimal overspray. You select your water application rate in inches / week and the app uses a smart schedule to work out when and how much to water your lawn. It will even skip a watering cycle if it rained the night before of if rain is forecasted for that day.Show lessToolate4Never

Have been using the OtO for a few years and love the device and the app. Used a hose and sprinkler to water my lawn and could never keep it green throughout the year. The OtO makes it easy to set up grids and keep my grass green year round and eliminates water running to unwanted areas. Would recommend.Show lessOscarSC5

We bought the OtO to help new sod thrive. It is very cost effective compared to an in-ground system.
Setup was pretty easy, would be cool to have a map overlay to confirm zone lines before first watering, or to be able to draw lines without requiring the arrow controls. Setting up zones was a bit like playing a video game.
Watering the full lawn takes a while, but we like knowing that the water is targeted to the lawn and edges with very little wasted water hitting the street or walkway. Biggest con so far is if the water happens to get shut off mid cycle, you cannot easily restart where it stopped.
Overall, we love the OtO and are super happy with our purchase.Show lessK_is4Kristen

We have 2 OtO for our backyard and it keeps our lawn and garden beds lush without wasting water.
Easy to setup zones for different areas of your yard - sunny vs shade grass, garden beds, spot water shrubs.

I have been using OtO for about a month to water the landscape at our weekend cabin. Since we are not there everyday, I like the option to remotely water when and if needed. It has given us the confidence to expand the planted area as the creation of new zones is as easy as opening the app and mapping the zone. We are getting the full 30’ of reach. I did find the mapping of zones a little challenging and have had to delete and recreate a few, but I am improving. I plan to get a second unit in the future.Show lessWord worrier

Great app and customer service A++
May 2024: I had a unit that didn’t come out of winterization this spring and I was worried I was out of my warranty window, but OtO sent me a replacement regardless. I must say OtO customer service is top notch! I am an early adopter of the OtO, and have had a great experience when working with this company in terms of app development, and product development. They are listening to feedback and making changes! If your looking for an alternative to an in-ground sprinkler system and you have your water hose access and a good central location your OtO will do the job!
