Super helpful and Great Customer Svc!
I use this at work and it’s just super helpful on very busy days to order ahead with so much ease. Had an error in the app at one time and it was quickly corrected and a refund was issued immediately without incident.Jener51
Convenient but a little glitchy
Really easy to use app in terms of navigation and it makes it super easy to order from the place near where I work and be able to just swing by and pick it up rather than wasting time ordering and waiting however it doesn’t seem to want to let me add a debit or credit card as payment method and is only accepting Apple Pay. Also there is a problem sometimes that when I order multiple meals part of it will not get sent over to the place I’ve ordered from so I have to wait once I arrive and provide them confirmation that I did pay for that food for them to make it since they don’t have a ticket for it. If they could make some bug fixes happen in regards to updating payment method and sending orders over in full then I would change this to 5 stars.Kalacool13

All the food I’ve eaten from here has been very tasty. The salad bar is even really good. It’s so nice to have a place to get a hot meal without leaving the building. Especially if you’re really busy.Frank'sbabe

Slightly weird app
For some reason every time I update my method of payment the app will display an error informing me that the payment is not recognized. I’ve tried numerous different payment options and it’ll still send an error. As a result, I am having to log out and create a new account with a different email address…very frustrating.Hollywoodfrom305
Can’t verify payment
For some reason today I kept getting a error can’t verify payment and tried different methods and still got the same message. Deleted app and reinstalled and got the same error message. I have ordered through the app plenty of times and never had a issue until today.QuiQui B.
