My non-English name is not “invalid”
The app looks beautiful when opened and all seem great. Can’t get over the fact that the first few screens I encountered was to enter my name, and when I did enter my non-English name with accents on it, it says “please enter a valid name.”

Stay away
It was such a subpar experience with a really bad search UI, never updating tracking information, and the pain of returning item. But what tipped the scale was when they blocked my account supposedly because of high return rate (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t unblock unless I would get on a call with their manager. I outright refused to do that, but the worst part is that all of the points, including the ones that I received for refunding an item, became frozen in my account. Ok concept, nice design, but definite flaws
Cool design with the app, somewhat easy to navigate. However, you are supposed to get $15 for referring someone once they place their first order through the app. Well, I referred a friend using my link.
