The app looks beautiful when opened and all seem great. Can’t get over the fact that the first few screens I encountered was to enter my name, and when I did enter my non-English name with accents on it, it says “please enter a valid name.”

Stay away
It was such a subpar experience with a really bad search UI, never updating tracking information, and the pain of returning item. But what tipped the scale was when they blocked my account supposedly because of high return rate (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t unblock unless I would get on a call with their manager. I outright refused to do that, but the worst part is that all of the points, including the ones that I received for refunding an item, became frozen in my account. Ok concept, nice design, but definite flaws
Cool design with the app, somewhat easy to navigate. However, you are supposed to get $15 for referring someone once they place their first order through the app. Well, I referred a friend using my link. I absolutely love this app, although it’s a bit late when it comes to status of orders, my items arrived and came in perfect condition. Ordered food and got it as well. 10/10 recommenddhdhdjdhemsixbejdnxn
DON’T USE
This is an absolutely horrible app. BUYER BEWARE! These people will take your money and send you nothing. If you give them a second chance they’ll do the same thing again. I ordered through them and the item never showed so I repeatedly contacted them before I would get a response that wasn’t an excuse. I never got refunded for either order. Just their so called “credit” for the first order and it couldn’t even be used for anything I realized only after I already had placed a second order that never showed up. And after repeated attempts at trying to get either a replacement (which they refused to give me) or getting any of my money back I gave up. Please don't buy things on this platform. When you pay with your credit card, they will deliver goods to you normally, but when you use points exchange, they won't really deliver goods to you. They will deduct your points and won't return your points. They also asked you to take photos of your driver's license and credit card and email them for verification. Taking money from me?
So I this app on tik tok 1 day and I was like ok I’ll give it a try well I made a huge mistake. So first order I got some grips for my Xbox controller they didn’t have good tracking and just showed up. Then I ordered a dress for a family member and it never showed up and I was double charged. So I decided to contact support oh my lord it was horrible all they will tell u is to wait for trust and safety to contact you which takes weeks and they don’t help at all. Had a rough first experience with this app with not being able to get ahold of anyone to tell them the picture they showed they delivered it was not my door mat lol. (Was delivered to the wrong house.) but after that incident I have been able to reach them quickly and all my orders were deliveredsavaymomma

Well I didn’t know this was going to happen lol I ordered on the 22rd of March it says my order was supposed to come in on the 25th I didn’t get it … now I’m worried I got scammed I contacted costumer service hours ago and nothing I even emailed them to cancel my order and nothing … I wish I thought to look it up before I went along with it ugh … feel so dumb now lol I’ll update if my order magically comes in . Don’t use this app! It’s a hit or miss!
If I can give a 0 star I will do it! I ordered an item on Feb 28 and until now (March 22) I haven’t received my item! This app has no customer support whatsoever nobody to talk to! I sent a message to their “contact us” and it will direct you to a chat that nobody will response! I sent multiple messages and got nothing! I’ve been asking for a refund and of course I got no response! Horrible! They are offering this $15 off $20 !
