This website doesn’t work. It looks beautiful, and the app has amazing UX, however, the elegance disappears as soon as it actually needs to work. The only thing that works is the ability to charge you, however, don’t count on them actually sending you the products you purchased. Also don’t count on support via email or through their chat to EVER respond to you. Your money will be lost with no recourse from them or the App Store. I’ve been messaging them almost every day for over a month with no single reply.
I emplore you to don’t fall for their trap and use this app for any transaction. This is a perfect case study of how NOT to launch a new product.Show lesspcruz135
Half order
Received half my order if you put a quantity more than one won’t receive it! Customer service is horrible, no response to online chat or email about issue! They have a lot of improving to do and no number posted to call. Not much updating on shipping it just shows up. Invited people didn’t get my $5 credit.Show lesslfleagle
It’s okay but I’m uninstalling
My first two orders arrived in 2 days with no problem. I sent my daughter the referral link, she made a purchase I never got the $15 for referring her & she never received the $5. I contacted customer support and they said that they would apply the credits, but never did and they just keep sending me the same email over and over that says the same thing. I’m also telling my daughter to uninstall.Show less_slws_
Do better
There’s no way of keeping tabs on tracking your order. I can’t even get in contact with anyone about this issue . I got a good deal , but come on . All my order says it shipped , but like when am I gonna receive it ,? Did it get shipped to someone else home ? There’s no way of Telling . I ordered two items both shipped separately I received one and one the item I received already it still shows shipped .Show lesstoriadree08
The worst shopping app ever
This is the second bad review I give to this app. The first one is about unfriendly user interface and check out process. This one is about shipping and customer support. After I placed my order, the app shows I will receive my order two days later. But my order never arrived. So I contact app support. A person named Gustavo V replied and told me I will receive one of my order on the 11th, and the other item will send to me as soon as it’s available. But guess what, I never received anything on 11th. So I contact support again. This time no one ever respond. I contacted them 4 times since Feb 12th. No respond at all. In the end I have to dispute the transaction. I will delete this app and not recommend to any of my friend.Show lessIris Teemo
Very Poor Communication
I have placed an order for two items back on Feb. 5. One of the items showed up, but note that the app still doesn’t show it was delivered nor did I receive any tracking information. As for the second item, still no update. I have reached out twice to customer support without any response. Please be warned if you use this app, you may or may not receive your order. Customer service is Terrible
I bought an item and my package had no update all it says unknown transit for the past few days. After messaging the customer service chat a few times over the course of a few days no one has respond. Now I have to open up a claim with my bank cuz they’re unresponsive, unhelpful, and at this point I just want my money back and to delete this app from my phone.Show lessreviewer7946
No customer service
I placed an order well over a week ago. It said delivery would be on the 12th. It is now the 17th and it still says being processed. I tried contacting customer support. Nothing. I feel like they don’t even have a customer support even though there is clearly a chat. My chat has gone unanswered for over 24 hours now. At this point I feel like the whole app is just a scam. Thankfully I used a new timer coupon and only spent like 6 bucks. I would definitely not recommend this app for anyone in the future and feel like it needs to be taken off the App Store.Show lesskaylaak92

Do they have customer service?
I have this 3 stars because I’ve placed 3 orders, 1 was canceled, one came but no shipping information, and 1 came but was missing items. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times now and have not gotten a response also I’m told by the app that someone will respond shortly. The items I’m missing are the things I really wanted, what I received was just going to be a bonus.
