  • To Explain the Issues

    The app had a MAJOR overload of new users they didn’t expect, and everything is still recovering. But as of now, I’ve gotten multiple packages from them. It’s been wonderful.
  • Not Worth It … Yet

    This app has promise, but it has some major flaws that need to be worked out before I reinstall this. A major one is that they don’t send you any type of confirmation after you order. No email, no tracking number, nothing. Your package just sorta shows up at a random time. I only received 1 of my 2 items so far and I have no clue if someone stole the other one or if they’re being delivered separately. Listen to the users please!

  • Nice, but still has some work to do

    Neat app, my items arrived, however I couldn’t use my credits. Like what good is a credit if you can’t apply it??? There’s zero way of keeping up with the status of an order, my order just showed up one day out of the blue, it’s correct, packaged neatly, no damaged items so I can’t give a fully negative review. I got an amazing deal for signing up. There’s no customer service, no way to contact anyone. Hope they work on the app better, it would be a huge advancement.

    Recap: the only reasons I can’t give 5 stars is: 1: can’t use credits and promo codes together, 2. there’s no customer service/ anyone to talk to.

  • Excellent app, but…

    Let me start off by saying I absolutely love the idea of this app. It’s a total all in one type of thing where you can shop from just about anywhere. However, it dos have a few bugs I’ve noticed so far. For one, on a recent order I made I used a singular point on the app for a recent order I made and it took off 100 (aka 100 dollars of spending money.) I contacted customer support and the first guy wasn’t very helpful, he told me I would get a complete refund to my card and that the order was cancelled, but nothing about my points. When I directly addressed the issue with the points he just said the same thing about refunding my card. I asked them to make a ticket over, and he did. The other support agent was really nice and gave me 15$ worth of credit on the app. The whole issue took maybe 2 hours to resolve which is still fairly quick but wasn’t fun to have to deal with. It’s still a solid app but it’s still new with some bugs that should be worked out.

  • Does customer support even exist?

    Contacted customer service in regards to an issue with a gift I received. Never got a response. Finally was able to claim the gift after randomly pressing on the button at different times of the day. The order seems to be stuck at confirming mode. Customer service does not respond at all via email or message. How can I rely on a service like this when no one can even help me with my inquiries?

    Additionally the app is very slow. I’ve had issues putting items into the cart because it’ll keep saying out of stock when it really isn’t. The home page is very confusing because one day the “buy something” option will be there but disappear the next day, leaving me with no option to buy anything.

    Terrible. Not sure when the order will be processed or how if it can even be cancelled at this rate. What a waste of time.

  • HORRIABLE

    Wanted to give the app a try was referred by a friend. Brought an item went to check the status and item shows canceled as if I cancelled myself which was not the case . If I would of known they cancelled it I would of ordered from somewhere else instead of waiting for my item that was never coming . Also wrote customer service multiple times ( it doesn’t take multiple days to explain to me why my order was cancelled . )

  • Scam

    Don’t do it. Doesn’t work. Used the coupon to place my order. Never received it. Says it was delivered but shows no proof of it. And when you order something it gives you nothing to track and the app itself still lacks information. My friend ordered something and only received half the order have to call the banks to get our money back because they do not contact you or reply

  • They took my money

    Apple needs to take this app down. I tried placing an order & when I got to checkout. As soon as I was about to pay & I had put my password for them to pay with my Apple Pay it said error so I was like okay let me try again. But the app took my money still & didn’t place the order. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service for days but they haven’t got back to me. Save your time & money.

  • Doesn’t Work

    Took me almost 30 mins restarting the app over and over because items wouldn’t load into the cart. Kept saying out of stock so I had to load one item, restart the app and load the next. Finally got the order submitted and it’s just been sitting there in pending mode for 3 days. Tried to tap customer service and of course that wouldn’t load either. Card’s been charged though; they managed to get that working.

  • So. Slow.

    The app runs incredibly slow. Its nor user friendly at all. I think the reason all of these services require different apps is because of how slow it becomes to do it all on one. I downloaded for the 15 off 20 referral, received my order as fast as expected though I got no updates or just kind of showed up. THOUGH now I cannot access or order history to view the receipt. I need it for proof of purchase for a free gift from the company that makes the product I orders. Absolutely nothing on the app is loading, and I can’t access these details. I didn’t get an email confirmation or anything else I could use to prove my purchase since I logged in with my phone number. Glad to get $15 off but cannot wait to delete it.
