First Timer
This is my first time ever going to Charley’s and I am pretty excited to dig in. They are super nice and friendly. The app is a little glitchy in some respects. I was unable to add my payment info and so I was a little disappointed that I had to use the $5 off in-store and had to wait for my order to be completed rather than just run in and pick it up. But, like I said, they were really fast so it wasn’t too big of a deal.Can’t login
If you updated to version 1.5, don’t logout because you will not be able to log back in. It requires agreement to Terms and Services agreement to login or sign up but I couldn’t check the box for that. Restart the app or restart the iPhone didn’t help. This is so basic I wonder if the app is tested before posting an update. Can’t order anything now until that’s fixed. I’m not gonna order in person because I want to order ahead to skip the line. In the meantime I’ll buy something else to eat. There are other options in the mall. To app developers: please fix it ASAP.Do not use this app.
I ordered using the app almost a month ago and got delivery, two sub combos with add ons for the fries and drinks. I waited almost an hour for my food to arrive and when I opened the bag I saw I had been given someone else's much smaller order. This app makes getting a refund or even simply reaching customer service IMPOSSIBLE. I had to search online to find a way to contact customer service and even after I did I was told they could not get me a refund after A MONTH of waiting. I have simply been told they have "escalated the matter" I spent close to $40 to get a meal that was not given to me and have not had my money refunded since. Absolutely terrible app. If you want to order from here at least use Doordash so you can get your money back when they give you the wrong food.
