    This is my first time ever going to Charley’s and I am pretty excited to dig in. They are super nice and friendly. The app is a little glitchy in some respects. I was unable to add my payment info and so I was a little disappointed that I had to use the $5 off in-store and had to wait for my order to be completed rather than just run in and pick it up. But, like I said, they were really fast so it wasn’t too big of a deal.
  • Can’t login

    If you updated to version 1.5, don’t logout because you will not be able to log back in. It requires agreement to Terms and Services agreement to login or sign up but I couldn’t check the box for that. Restart the app or restart the iPhone didn’t help. This is so basic I wonder if the app is tested before posting an update. Can’t order anything now until that’s fixed. I’m not gonna order in person because I want to order ahead to skip the line. In the meantime I’ll buy something else to eat. There are other options in the mall. To app developers: please fix it ASAP.
  • Do not use this app.

    I ordered using the app almost a month ago and got delivery, two sub combos with add ons for the fries and drinks. I waited almost an hour for my food to arrive and when I opened the bag I saw I had been given someone else's much smaller order. This app makes getting a refund or even simply reaching customer service IMPOSSIBLE. I had to search online to find a way to contact customer service and even after I did I was told they could not get me a refund after A MONTH of waiting. I have simply been told they have "escalated the matter" I spent close to $40 to get a meal that was not given to me and have not had my money refunded since. Absolutely terrible app. If you want to order from here at least use Doordash so you can get your money back when they give you the wrong food.

    I love Charleys! Very tasty and pretty good prices! Love their everyday special! I recommend the chicken teriyaki very good! The app is great to use and the points really do help! They also have deals on the app :)

  • Not worth it.

    Arrived at location, notified person that Acknowledged my arrival that I was there to pick up my order per the time on my receipt and waited 30 mins past the time my order was supposed to be ready to get my order. Had I not asked for one of my drink cups to have a drink while I waited for my food I wouldn’t have known it was sitting on a shelf getting cold. I waited whole the cashier took care of 3 customers then finally got my order and had to ask for the other drink cup. Fixed that drink and left.
    Got home 5 mins later. Food was unimpressive! Fries were limp mess of grease. Sandwiches were soggy and barely warm. Wings were over cooked and dried out. When spending almost $40 on a couple of sandwiches I would hope to really enjoy and be happy about the money spent. Won’t do it again.

    I go to the Charleys in the Tyson Corner mall cause I work in the mall myself. I have been going there three times a week for the last two months! They are all friendly and helpful if you have any questions. They messed up on my order once and they were sure to fix it right away! Things happen we all make mistakes. My food is always fresh and hot. Customer Service is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!!
  • Order Cancelled and Charleys won’t refund my Money

    I ordered through the Charley’s app that delivers through Uber Eats. The UE driver picked up the order, then cancelled my order. I received a message to contact the store, which I did and they told me I needed to contact UE. I did and UE would not help me. I tried calling the store back and they would not answer the phone.

    I’ve bought through the app before but this experience made me never want to use this app again.

    I didn’t get a refund and my $5 credit was not returned.
  • Delicious!

    I’ve been coming to Walmart a long time and never had one of the cheesesteaks so yesterday April 10 I decided to give it a try and my husband’s sandwich and my sandwich was so delicious I’m back the next day to get four more sandwiches so we can have it two more times, and the speed that they put it together was amazing early anyway time I’ll give it a 12 out of 1 to 10!

    I try to remember to scan my card but sometimes forget. I do key it in afterwards so no real harm done. Maybe the cashier could ask for it which would remind me?? Otherwise, the service here (and the food) is terrific!!!
  • Can’t log into my account on the app

    Hi I have been using this app for years but I deleted it because it wasn’t working and when I tried to download and login it wouldn’t let me because the food images are blocking the buttons so I can’t login can you please fix this asap because now I can’t use my deals on anything
