  • I don’t know what happened

    I downloaded this app, got a sandwich which tasted great! (Man now I’m craving another one). Then my phone starts tweaking REALLY bad!!! I was thinking I had to have a virus or been hacked! I went through all the motions of cleaning my phone to get rid of whatever it was and nothing changed. A friend said delete any apps you’ve recently installed. The only one in over a week was this one. I deleted it and now my phone is fine. I have no idea what happened, I’ll just have to get my sandwiches with you rewards ☹️

    Love their gourmet ultimate fries. A lot of fries and toppings for only $3 and some change. Get em everytime I work at Cinnabon. Do I wish they gave a mall employee discount to all items on the menu and not just sandwiches? Yes, but it’s better than chipotle and Chick-fil-A who don’t give any mall employee discounts. 🙄😒

    The food is always good Lupita was super sweet, very friendly and very helpful with me in setting up the app, but the restaurant could use a little improvement such as new chairs new tables a clean floor but everything else is great! Thank you
  • Best service for having 2 in crew.

    Being that there was 2 in this order, the order was not only delicious but fast. I’ve never been here but now that I know this place I’m going to bring all 6 of my kids and 2 grandbabies. Thank you for feeding me!!!!

    I am new to the app and the food my sister was telling me how good it was. I love love the Philly steak. The service has been awesome. And I am excited about the app and earning more points. My husband and I are retired so we’re on a very limited income so this helps us to have a night out on a date without killing our pockets. Keep up the awesome work. We would love to see some types of discounts may be a military/senior citizen discount.

    I like ordering online and picking up the food. So I downloaded the app, signed-up, and ordered 6 items-3 sandwiches, 2 fries and wings . Hit the checkout button and brings me to a "Edit Profile" screen but does not let me fill the info requested. Plus I already filled that info when I signed-up the day before. Tried it several times and it did not work for me. Waste of time!! So I drove to the restaurant and ordered. Food was ready in about 8 minutes.

    Cheesesteaks were delicious! Ordered Teriyaki wings but felt it was a li'l overcooked. Will drop by and order again. Just don't waste your time using the app.
  • Horrible Service At The Window

    When placing an order they ask you to download the app to get $5 off. When you get to the window they’re quick to charge you and forget all about the discount. When you ask they catch an attitude, become rude and sarcastic! They don’t try to apologize or fix the issue they just ignore and close their window! Horrible service. Horrible people for a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed.

    But once again THAT’S WHY THEY WORK THERE!!!!
  • Love Charley’s but the app, no so much

    I tried ordering online today and when i got to the checkout to proceed with payment it says “online ordering unavailable”. This is probably the third time this has happened and these were only times i tried to order online. Does this app just straight up not work? The guy at the checkout had no idea either - i ended up just going in person with no rewards to use 👎🏼
  • Great Food, Fantastic Staff

    I’ve been here 3 times and it gets better every time. You could even eat in their bathroom, it’s that clean! And the staff is always accommodating and had a really pleasant attitude, I mentioned it to the manager and he asked me to put it in a review, I don’t review much but these guys are top shelf. I haven’t had the pizza or wings yet but the subs are great. You won’t regret stopping in here, I promise.

  • Disgusting service during covid

    On December 30, 2021 I Went to the Woodbridge mall location in NJ a few minutes ago around 730pm and received the most horrible service and treatment a paying customer could ever experience. The cashier was friendly however the cook/cleaner by the name efrain (unsure if the name is spelled correctly) was very nasty and rude to myself and also another customer that ordered before me. Our order was made incorrectly so we asked if it was possible to have the condiments they forgot to place on the sandwhich on the side. The employee at that time appeared irritated by us asking for extra ketchup and our missing condiments and took a heaping handful of ketchup packages and lunged it at us. We advised him that was very unnecessary and very rude and he started laughing. We at that time asked the cashier for his name which is how we discovered his name since we didn’t see a name tag on him. Secondly i am disgusted that our food was prepared by him without wearing a mask on top of him talking over our food and using the same hands we was cleaning and breaking down the equipment ( I’m assuming because they were closing soon) to handle our food!

    No way am i eating this food! This went right in the trash and i would never ever eat at this business again. Terrible since we spent nearly $60 for disgusting service.
