Poor service. Not Recommend
I and my friend had this for a week,and placed our first orders used the coupon. After couple days both our orders had been canceled and the coupon can’t used anymore. Great Idea but SO SLOW.
Everything is SO SLOW in this app. I was able to finally place an order but had to refresh cart. And even searching for items took forever to load and would come back with results some of the time and then “no items found” for the same search. Great idea/concept but definitely needs some work.kimber & benelli
Great customer support
I easily ordered food from jack in the box but the driver missed a few of my items, I got in touch with customer support and they gave me a full refund within minutes. My first order on the app and so far so good 👍🏼danielxmendoza

Once your all set up account and all, using the app is a Simple Press or tap of your finger center screen to speak in your mic or to type ehat youd like. Takes a second to get a hand of how its engine searches for you, But whats youv got the keywords down Your in for a easy breezy Time. ❤️SP Unicorn
Stay Away Highway Robbery!
This is just a glorified Google that CHARGES you HIGH FEES. I want the cheapest price and this all in one app does not do that. Plus this looks like a shady app like why do we need to grant the app permission to listen in our private conversation.

Charged me for subscription without my consent
I ordered one item from the app and paid it by apple pay. After 2 days I was just exploring the app and went to it’s super natural subscription page to just explore and then closed the application after few minutes I got notification for my credit card transaction of $10. I remember I did not complete transaction my own. I don’t know how they deducted the amount from card without any consent.Show lessnileshrathore

I love this app but there seems to be issues
While this app is phenomenal, there are ultimately two quarks that need to be fixed…one, being that the app takes a while to load. And two, seemingly at random this app frustrates me because it continues to crash on my phone. I really like the app and the idea, I hate to see my app list, there are more than 10 apps only for food, OMG! Now I just focus on Natural, no need to go to all individual apps to find restaurants. And the apps is easy to use, I like it.Kyle J Li
