  • Missing order - No refund

    My first 3 orders were as expected. The fourth one never showed up. When I checked with the customer support, they blamed me not putting instructions to bring it to my door and left at the common area. No response back, no resend, no refund. Will dispute from cc.
  • Missing items

    I was excited to use the app because it was recommended to me by friends, but was sorely disappointed. Only two items from my order came out of eight total, and I haven’t received any information from them. I was hopeful to test out the app but had a really disappointing experience.

    Update: Their team handled the problem very quickly and I was able to receive credit to order again. Overall very satisfied with the quick delivery and resolving of problems.
  • False advertisement.

    My friends and I ordered from the company together. We chose a time window and we all received texts from the company saying that the items were about to be picked up and delivered. They did not deliver during the promised time so we contacted them. Their response was that the delivery window was actually another day, which was a total lie. None of us saw the date when we submitted the order. The app promises 2 hour delivery and if it ships in 2 days it sounds like false advertisement. We all rescheduled out outdoor plans and waited at home for the delivery which did not happen. Please don’t blame your customer for your mistakes, it will kill your business.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FASTAF more like SKETCHYAF!

    I did not receive my $150 product. I texted (yes, you can’t call them) customer service and they were so dismissive of me and immediately said, “once the order had been delivered we are not responsible for it.” They did not text me back and left me hanging.

    Do NOT waste your money. This company has terrible customer service, more like none. $150 down the drain and made no effort to help me retrieve it. It would seem my package was merely left out a random gate and was stolen. $150 product left outside and driver made no effort to call the number I listed on my order. Why have an “instructions” section on your order when their couriers won’t follow it.

  • BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    If customer service is important to you, get these awesome brand items somewhere else! FastAF screwed up my friend’s order (didn’t follow delivery instructions) and she didn’t get her item. We both contacted FastAF for help and all they said over and over was “we are not responsible because the item says it was delivered.” Over $50 in the toilet and 3 hours wasted.

    Please save your time and money - shop somewhere that will take care of you when they screw up.
  • terrible service and extremely unethical practices

    Delivered my order with missing items, and did not adjust my tip, and did not even notify me that the items were out of stock. Would not give me additional credits. Told me to order again without paying the driver a tip, which is extremely unethical during covid. The person who "assisted me" was extremely rude.
  • Great customer service!

    My daughter submitted the wrong address and they contacted us to get her package to her right away. Impressed with the customer service!
  • Order inconsistency

    I really liked the notion of this app and what it solves for also the actual inventory. I recommended the app to a few friends. ALL of us had items missing when the order came which leads me to believe it wasn’t the delivery person but faulty software. The key to keep a delivery app running is to DELIVER the items request. It would’ve been fine if it were 100 of items but we all bought a bag of maybe 2-4 items and to even have one from the order missing is just plain bad customer service.
