I need to do check in and this app doesn’t allow me to do it. it did take my return flight but not my departing one.
Takes your personal info, offers no service
Could not check in for my flight without downloading this app and submitting personal info. Once complete, was told it could not check me in and action was required. No explanation of what action was needed.

Doesn’t work
I need to check in for my flight using this app. After jumping through all the hoops I simply get an error saying my flight doesn’t exist?! Uhh hello? Literally cannot do anything about it. Useless app… AA didn’t have this nonsense last year, now they simply made the process 10x harder…
Horrible
After a very long day at conference I am asked at last minute that I can’t check in with AA because I have to download and fill out an app and get. Verified once again. It’s now almost midnight and This takes over 30 minutes. Waist of time and AA should be doing better. This could have been asked of me over a month ago when I booked the flight and not the night before. Silly app, it doesn’t even ask you for your Nexus card or your Covid verifications and the only thing I needed to verify was a check box that I have a form. Why why why:)

Why do I need another app?
I’m not sure if it’s verifly or if it’s all American airline but I still need to check in at the airport.
