  • Terrible App

    This app is terrible. I have a Chevy Bolt and don’t get any other choices in my area for charging my vehicle. I either have to turn off/on my phone and/or reset my password every time I want to log into the app…this is typically followed by a long wait as my password is being “verified”, followed by “invalid credentials” and if I’m lucky, my supposed “invalid credentials” log me into the app. TERRIBLE!!!

    On 8/17 we pushed an app update that addresses all the issues you encountered. There are no more minimums, the .75 cent fee was removed, QR code reader was fixed, UI is now fast and user friendly. Also, the size of the app is 60% smaller.   • The only thing worse than their chargers is this app!!!

    A year ago Walt Disney World had ChargePoint, which was expensive (about $4/charge for my C-Max, it’s Disney after all) but it was user friendly and it worked. This garbage company and their garbage app have lost my password every single day this week (this is a password I use for EVERYTHING too, so it’s not like I made a typo) and once I did get in they “suspended” my charge so I only pay the parking and idle fees which amounted to $11. They charged me $11 to fully charge a ***VOLT***. I can’t even imagine charging a Tesla at that rate (it’s a 220v, I don’t think it has supercharging capability).

    If you have the option, go elsewhere. If you have a PHEV, as much as it kills me to say it, stick to your tank. Disney/RCID, if you’re reading this, there was nothing wrong with ChargePoint. Nothing.

    Don’t even bother with these crooks.

  • Broken App

    This app is riddled with bugs and does not even allow you to set up an account. Attempting to set one up or even log in results in an error occurring. Not sure why they even attempted to make an app if it can’t even work.

  • Sad little app

    Doesn’t work. Repeated attempts to create account simply said my username was invalid. No guidance or explanation.
  • Horrible experience

    Cheap app, horrible user experience, horrible customer service. No clear instructions, you cannot add funds less than 10 dollars. Hope you guys go bankrupt!!
  • Bad App

    App won’t allow me to enter cc info.
  • Does not work

    Attempted to charge car at Disney Springs. App would not allow me to sign up for an account. After several attempts I had to give up.
  • Unauthorized charge

    Encountered this network at disney springs. Tried to authorize $5.00 so I could add charge to my PHEV. The app put $20 into my account without consent. I wont use that much in 10 years. Emailed support to reverse it. No response. I guess I need to dispute with my card issuer. Not cool.

    No answer on the 25/7 365 line
  • Terrible app, even worse customer service

    I downloaded the app when I saw the stations I had been directed to were ones I’d never seen before. The user interface is buggy and adding payment proved to be much more difficult than it should have been. After three unanswered calls to their “24/7” support number I ended up driving off to find somewhere else. They ended up charging my card an hour later and have yet to answer the support number or email to discuss getting that money refunded.
