Took 8 times to get the charger working. This is why every EV company is now switching to Tesla chargers. Extremely frustrating. Ended up having to add funds to the account just to start the “free” charging session… getting scammy vibes95caliboy95

Unable to charge - Insufficient Balance
I got this app to use a super slow charger to only be informed after adding $10 that my account balance wasn’t sufficient. No where tells you if there is a minimum balance required to charge which would be ridiculous either way.C Lizzie

No way to search stations using an address.
I’m going to Orlando and want to see in advance if there are any stations near our hotel. There is no place on the app to type in an address. Poor design.99th Unhappy customer
