Not at all reliable
So far I have managed to charge my car 1 out of 3 attempts. The last attempt has my charge started notification, but when I got back to my vehicle is said it could not charge. There is nothing in the app saying why it didn’t charge. I also dislike loading my account to charge my car. What happens if my funds run out? Does my car just stop charging? ChargePoint is a much better app, and has been out for years.Show lessRvansmith
Complete garbage
Couldn’t even create an account to allow for charging. Despite sitting at a charging station, we had to drive miles out of the way to find another. Beyond frustrating.Smooregasbord

It’s as if they sat down and decided to create an app that would make it as difficult as possible to charge your car. Completely not user friendly- virtually impossible to navigate to the screen which causes the charging to start. Requires you to “fill” your account with money before you can charge, tells you that your account doesn’t have enough funds but doesn’t tell you what that amount is- borderline crooked!Show lessWaikalua
Worked great for me the first time
This app and the chargers were flawless at the Harmony location in Florida. All four connectors are new, and the app allowed me to enter my credit card information with no hassles. This was shockingly easy to use and I was up and running in just a few minutes to charge my Tesla.Spacecoast Steve
Horrible
Riddled with ads and not user friendly. Needs a complete overhaul. Only 4 of these stations in my area, so not worth it.Peakprfrmr
Remove the ads
The updated added advertising to the top of the app render at absolutely useless. You can select a charger, but you can’t start it because the advertising is over that section completely, won’t go away and doesn’t allow you to start the charging session.abassham
Easy set up
Found the chargers to work fast and paid what needed to be paid.
Having to prepay a set amount means that I'll never be at 0.00 balance which means they will sit on my money.

Terrible First Time Experience
Disney Springs.
I pushed stop charge on my Rivian. Unplugged and sat in the car while it cooled off. I checked the app and it kept charging me! What is the point of the phone number on the charger if all they can do is create a ticket? I kept pushing stop charge on the app and it never worked. It charged me for an extra 30 minutes that I wasn’t even there.Show lessA.E.M
