  • Useless

    This app/service DOES NOT WORK for charging your car. It took my money, but when it came time to actually charge the car, it just doesn’t work. You scan QR code at the charging station as it instructs, but then it just times out and fails with no recourse. Do not try to use this app.
  • New app doesn’t work

    The app no longer works since the update. I cannot log into my account unless I reset my password every time I want to log in

  • App looks like done by a teenager at home.

    This is horrible. Got to the charger(counting on it), downloaded app, signed up.. then tried to signed in had multiple passwords issued, and nothing. (Invalid credentials). Ended up leaving, and erasing this app.
  • Cumbersome, feels like a scam, took 20 min to set up

    Slow charge at just 7kw, took me so long to set up charge that I can no longer charge while shopping. Complete waste of time, not worth the small of charge it’s capable of. Also, a 5% transaction fee for charging.

  • 15 minutes to download and sign up. super slow

    Crazy expensive Super slow Impossible huge app download and complicated to use The chargers don’t even keep up with the AC use in the direct Sun Tesla needs to put it chargers

  • Doesn’t work could never get it to

    What a crap app. I parked and tried to charge. Could never get it to accept payment, tried a few chargers and nothing. Going to contact the property management company in waterside to have these pulled and put in either charge point or another brand. Would not recommend this app or these charge locations. Fix your stuff and make it user friendly and I will reconsider.

There are no more minimums, the .75 cent fee was removed, QR code reader was fixed, UI is now fast and user friendly. Also, the size of the app is 60% smaller.   • Worst app ever

    We got to Disney springs and tried to download the app to use this charger. The week code did not work so I found the app in App Store. After downloading, it would not accept any form of payment (tried several cards) and after about 15 minutes we gave up. 0/10
  • This app is trash

    This app is so bad it should not be in the Apple App Store
  • App is terrible

    The app is not user friendly. It’s poorly laid out, and incredibly confusing to use. It needs a full overhaul.
  • Terrible, can’t get it to charge

    Disney replaced some of their ChargePoint chargers with these, specifically the ones at Disney springs Orange garage. I have a charge from September that says Suspended and I press Stop and it says stopping but goes back to suspended and it won’t start a new charge. I also like to check to see if charging stations are open and these no way to search a location like you can on ChargePoint.
