Charge up is horrible
It takes over 10 minutes to just download the app from the app store. Then the fun starts… this is a horrible horrible app and fail from this company. It almost feels as if big oil companies made it to frustrate people and get them back on gas. I’ll tell you right now its working.HelpingHomes
New design is inefficient
It now takes 8 taps on the screen for me to start charging my car. The new design is prettier I guess but has horrible functionality. Why aren’t the favorites on the Home Screen? Why do I I have to tap twice after selecting my charger? So many questions…

Why does this app look like it was made in 2005?
It does what it has to do for the most part but it just looks horrible. Come on Florida/Orlando. We really making tourist who rent EVs come download this app to use these chargers around the city .. smhBrianshaun85
Terrible App and Charging Experience
App was not easy to use at all and hard to navigate around to find necessary info. The charger was very unreliable,, After we left our car kept getting interrupted and the charging would stop. We were too far away from the car to return easily and had to keep restarting the charge session on the app. There is a $60 parking fee if you don’t unplug your car ten minutes after the charging session stops. Poor design
App is very poorly designed and forces you to pay before you know if it will work. You load money and then the charger doesn’t work and there is no recourse other then a dispute with your bank. Do not use.Masonne0000
Could never get the interface to take a credit card
The interface for this app is rudimentary at best. The add credit card was never able to approve the card and move to the next step. I was happy that I had ChargePoint installed, otherwise I might have needed a tow truck.Lifeguard18
Doesn’t work
Wants your money first by adding funds, but doesn't even work afterwards. Trying to rip people off. Should make it like other well-known apps and have it post-paid since your credit card is already on file.dkp124
Garbage app, garbage charging stations
Unfortunately App Store does not provide a way to rate an app 0 stars. Please remove your chargers from the map and your app from the App Store so that people are not misled to your location expecting things to work. Thankfully I had another 60 miles of range so I could drive to a different location where all the chargers were functional and did not require the use of a poorly designed app. (Floridas turnpike location)Show lessEV reviewer
App doesn’t work
Tried to charge at Bonnet Springs Park in Lakeland. App said to add credit card and funds while also trying to use my Apple Pay. Nothing actually got the charger to work; it just said it was “preparing.” Only added a couple bucks, but what a mess of an app.Muskies13
