App seems ok. Only two subscription options exist. Cant use Apple Pay, which they do accept in person. Add Apple Pay option and ability to cancel and maybe you’ll get a better review and a customer.

Declines credit cards for the wash club but allows you to use the same card at the kiosk to get a wash. $45 later I have 3 car washes and could have saved money

Washing service is great and well run.
However there doesn’t seem to be away to pause or cancel the monthly membership which is not customer friendly. One has to call and the office may or may not be open to answer.

Music in the app is dumb
The App is fine, but it’s so dumb that when I open it, the dumb built in game takes over my Bluetooth music. No need to have a built in game on a car wash app, especially one with music that over rides my music.
Great app great washes.
App comes up fast for wash scan. My fav feature is the wash history so I can see how much I save from the wash club.
Doesn’t work
Nothing functions in the app. You cannot buy the wash pass or even make an account.

Works like it’s suppose to. I’ve been using it for six months now and haven’t experienced any problems .
Vehicle Changes
It’s truly baffling why one is unable to edit a vehicle, specifically, simply change its license plate information.
No way to update information
Had my truck stolen. Got a car and while I was waiting for my appointment at the dmv. I put no plates. Now that I have plates there is noway to update the information. And the people at the car wash are rude about it. And I don’t believe you should have to sit on hold for long periods of time to update information. Needs lots of work.
