Won't let you delete your card
I have been trying to contact support for a week now, I wanted to cancel my membership because I used it only 3 times last month.
I asked them to cancel cause there is no option to on the app, and you CANNOT delete your card from it. So 2 days ago they "automatically" renewed my wash membership when I asked to cancel it and take my card off. Support will not and has not reached out to me. Great place to wash your car but whoever runs the app is a predatory scheme for consumers.
Do not get the membership unless you wanna use it in the summer. And have your card stuck on the app forever

Locks up
For the past week or so the app will not load up the screen for the employee to be able to scan the QR code. It just locks up after the progress bar runs up to 100% and it just sits there doing nothing
Kaady wash club, not so transparent
When I joined they said “unlimited washing for only $39 per month” that would’ve been a good deal if I could’ve washed both my cars. they don’t make it clear That the deal is for one car only.

I would like to take my card out so it doesn’t auto renew.It would be nice to have that option

Never make a membership with this car wash because they don’t have a phone number to call them I want to cancel my membership because my car got totaled but there is no way to contact them I send an email no answer
