Good, but I had an issue
The app is great because you could see the dozens of stores this app works with, but I had an issue while ordering NerdECrafter’s “Not Another Crap Kit.” When I ordered the kit, I paid the first installment just fine, but later on, when I tried to make an account to see my balance due, I couldn’t see it in the app. I contacted the costumer service through email and got a response that did not make sense. I tried to ask again in a different way, but it was still confusing. They basically said that if I made an account with the app, that the order will not show up on a browser (?) and vice versa. I just wanted to see how much I had paid off, and I still cannot see it I paid everything or not. I assume that my payments have been covered because I’ve received emails about it, but I’m a little unsure about that. Making Shopping Easy
I recently used “Four” for the first time and I have to say, it was painless!! But seriously I hadn’t tried any of the other payment based plans before so I thought I’d give this one a try and I’m SO glad I did!! They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that tends to your EVERY NEED!! There wasn’t 1 time I had a question that they didn’t answer me almost immediately!! I’m highly impressed with this company and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future!! I recommend “FOUR” to EVERYONE either needing or just wanting to try/use a payment plan!! Lifesaver
This app was a lifesaver for Christmas this year. In the midst of a global pandemic, being laid off, and not knowing when the next bit of aid was going to come? As the Leslie Knope of gift-giving, I was stressing out about not being able to do what I wanted to do for my first official Christmas with my boyfriend. Quick and easy to use!
I’ve done a couple of purchases using the Four app and it’s been smooth sailing each time! Since the concept of this app is to pay small sums each week it’s very convenient if you don’t have the full amount at the time but REALY wanted an item. Every time I’ve used it I’d pay it in full by the second week since it’s just a bit more convenient for me. Student Who Needs Extra Week or Two
Hi i Love that four pay gives you extra time between to make a full payment for an item you just don’t have the money “four” today. I’m really grateful for their payment periods. i used this method and was able to get my partner a nice ring from Magpie Jewelry!!Tamasha12345
