  • Perfect when I need gifts!

    This is helpful when I need to buy gifts for someone and need it before my paycheque comes in! Saves the stress of being unable to afford it at the moment!
  • Uncalled for

    I’m not a person to write reviews but as a person who really wants some answers I need to warn others. They took out money from my bank, but the store declined the four payment and it’s been two weeks and still haven’t seen my refund. I’ve sent the screen shots and everything the customer service people asked for and they are giving me the run around. Obviously if I’m using a app like this I don’t have money to spare. I think it’s nice for apps like this to exist as It helps me during the holiday season to get nice gifts. But for them to take money from me when the store declined the four payment is beyond me. I’ve used Afterpay since then and haven’t had any trouble so either they fix this app to where this won’t happen to anyone else or cancel this app.

  • This is so awesome!

    As a student who is always on a budget, I think this is such a brilliant idea and it will help many just like me. It helps me get what I need but allows me to budget. I am so glad I was able to take advantage of this and I am so thankful.

    This app is super easy to use! The layout is great! I don’t regret any purchases I’ve made! Love that it has reminders of upcoming payments! You made it possible for people to make big purchases in 4 easy payments! Great service and customer support

  • STAY AWAY!!

    I used this app twice 1st time order Shein went through no issue second time my order was with footlocker and it declined but the money was taken out my account. Next thing u know magically I can't sign into my account it claimed user was not found. I reached out to customer service NUMEROUS OF TIMES, first couple responses was "it's a glitch, the team is working on it blah blah blah" NOTHING HAPPENED still can't login and they still keep trying to charge my card which is why I had to get a new one. i went on the Instagram page and long and behold a bunch of other people are going through the same issues and reading reviews in the App Store seems like this is a known issue... definitely seems like they are stealing peoples money

  • Use afterpay or QuadPay instead

    The ap would be great if it wasn’t for shady customer service practices. Even if you decide not to finish your order or check out, they still take your money and it can be up to a week or more before you see it. It’ll come out of your bank and everything. Customer service will tell you it’s just pending and to give it a day… and then when it’s still gone three days later they’ll let you know it was an actually charge and you have to wait for the refund. In the meantime you don’t have the money in your account. It’s not worth it to chance it if you can’t even change your mind on a sell before purchasing. I highly recommend trying one of the other apps before this one

    Update:it’s been over a week since they took money out of my account that I didn’t approve and it’s still not back. Customer service is a joke and keeps telling me to just wait.. I turned my card off and they won’t receive a single payment until I get my money they stole back. Don’t waste your time or your money. Use splitit or afterpay instead. I recommend afterpay.

  • Love this concept it not the bugs!

    I think this is a great concept and really enjoyed/loved it until 2 of my orders were canceled and then I was charged for the 1st installments anyway. I had to ask for refunds and it took 2 weeks to get them. QuadPay isn’t like this. If the order cancels for some reason, they won’t take the 1st installment until the Seller actually charges the QuadPay Virtual Card. The most that is bothering me is that I have not been able to log into their app for 2 weeks. They keep telling me they are aware of this issue and they are fixing it. I don’t understand why it’s taking this long. I can’t change my payment method or shop. Today it said there was an update 22 hours ago, I got excited and updated the App, still doesn’t work! I tried resetting my password many times, it says my password was changed,but when I try to log in with the new password, it won’t accept it. This has been very frustrating. FOUR, please fix this issue... so I can love this app again! 🤨

  • First Time 4 User

    I made a purchase via retailer website that offered Pay4 and used it. I was happy to be able to split my purchase in four payments. Now the problem I have is not being able to sign into the app so I can pay ahead. I have reached out to customer support several times and have been told that the app was experiencing tech issues. I tried again three days later and same thing. Sent another message to customer support and the reply I received on this was advising that my issue was being forwarded to their app IT and still not able to sign in to the app. I am currently waiting on a reply from the cash team and hoping my payment can be made. All my replies have been positive and can’t say Pay 4 is bad, just probably only going to use it this time only, as I would rather use Affirm to pay for purchases as they offer up to 12 months to pay and interest paid is fairly low if you pay ahead. Plus the app is very user friendly.

  • Uninstalling

    I’ve used pretty much all the pay I’m 4 apps, this was my fav until it started declining purchases but still taking the initial payment. I don’t think it’s right they create a card, take your payment then decline your purchase for whatever reason. Usually it’s because you reached your limit, etc. but it’s hard to know that since they give you a limit but it’s not actually a limit of TOTAL outstanding balances. Like with Klarna, Afterpay, a Quadpay, Sezzle, you know EXACTKY what your approved for as a TOTAL for outstanding purchases and they DECLINE if you don’t have the credit. Or U know you don’t have the credit so you don’t purchase any thing else. I don’t like how Four sets up there credit line. Cuz it’s hard to keep track of outstanding balance compared to what you may be able to use. Oh well. Love my Klarna, Sezzle n Afterpay
