  • Please fix your payment settings!

    Payment profile doesn’t save users credentials for credit card information. I have to provide my full details EVERY TIME I place an order. What a painful experience.
  • Absolutely Zero Point

    There isn’t a single reason to use this app. You cannot save a customer/user account which in turn means you cannot save any name, contact, or payment details in your account. Furthermore, you can’t pay by apple pay nor can you autofill any saved credit card information. Consequently, you have to fill everything in every single time you order. It’s almost quicker to just go to the location, order, and wait for your food. Why was this app even made?

    having to type everything in every time is not fun. update this thing! give me apple pay and saved stores
  • Poorly Designed and Badly Implemented

    Terrible usability, a lack of features standard on other restaurant apps and frequent failures — it often takes me multiple attempts to actually get an order through.

    I’m confident that Sourdough and Co. picked the lowest bidder to develop this app. For S&C management please understand that they are losing business because of this: I often choose Panera or Boudin over Sourdough & Co. just so I won’t have to use the app.

  • Terrible App

    Need to add face recognition to sign in, reorder last meals and save location without going through the whole process each time. This app is not user friendly. Love the food can’t stand the app.
  • Terrible Functionality

    Why have an app that barely works? This should be taken down and revised. There’s no point on using the app when you can’t edit your order or even try to place an order. Terrible execution.
  • Garbage App

    Doesn’t recognize my card info, it keeps telling me my CVC code is invalid. It’s easy to accidentally swipe and it makes you start over, your items don’t stay in your cart. Keep getting captcha errors. It’s a garbage app that it seems like no thought was put into. You can’t even favorite a location. I tried 8 times to submit an order and eventually just had to go Oder in person and sit for 35 min my location wasn’t taking calls

  • Improvements needed - owner, developer please read

    Hello,

    I have used the app multiple times and here is a list of improvements which will make this app more useful:

    1. Allow an existing customer to sign in using their finger print or face recognition when using an iPhone or iPad. It is a pain to have to re-enter my email address and password each time I want to order food. Other companies allow me to login with my finger print or face recognition when using their apps.

    2. Allow customers to pay for their food using Apple Wallet (using their fingerprint or face recognition). This is a huge time saver. It is a pain to have to type the credit card info. each time we want to make an order.

    3. The app should remember the last location/restaurant the customer used for an order and use that location/restaurant as the default location rather than forcing the customer to find the location of the restaurant from a long list each time they make an order.

  • App is terrible

    The food is good but the prices are too expensive for the food. Also why is there no Apple Pay option and why does it log me out of the app every time. Also no rewards for purchasing through app. The app is practically pointless and a headache

    Doesn’t use face recognition on iPhone. Doesn’t remember your login
    Doesn’t allow any way to customize your order. Good food, terrible app.
