I really like their food, but the app is so awkward to use that I go to their competitor instead because they have a much better app that only takes seconds to place an order.Starkiller67
Barely works.
Never remembers your login. Horrible clunky UI. Looks like the developer put a web view and called it an app. Last update 11 months ago. This has got to be one of the worst apps for ordering food. Just bad.hellodrew
Whoa. Crappy App
Whoever made this app, needs to dogfood this a lot. The workflow is complete crap. And payment, felt like I stepped back in time. I loved the 90s, except trying to pay for something - don’t need that headache. In fact, I think so low of this app that I’m not even going to use paragraphs. slow to use
App takes forever to customize your sandwich. It’s almost a deal breaker to use. This was for iPhone. I am embarrassed that the functionality is like this. Please fix asap.Dash-gmeamcbb

Don’t download! App is a disaster!
Downloaded app today, registered and placed a sandwich order. When attempting to pay using a credit card that I received a few weeks ago and have used numerous times without an issue, was told by the app it was an expired card! So thinking it was strange but what the heck I’ll try another card I use regularly. It seemed to work; I received a charge confirmation on my iPhone and then looked at the app for estimated completion time only to have it say the order wasn’t received! But my card was charged! I tried calling the store, no answer. I drive to the location and they say we didn’t get an order from you. So I pay to have the order remade. Then have to call the credit card company to deal with the charge. Do yourself a favor; either order without the app or go to another restaurant! You’re welcome, I just saved you tons of time and frustration. Get your act together Sourdough! I’ll use apps that do work; they’re your competition!Show less1 Crappy Appy
