The worst app I’ve ever downloaded
This app is useless. And so is their online ordering system. I’ve been able to easily order online once. Outside of that, it’s just... click and nothing happens or click and wait 10 minutes, then click another button... wait another 10 minutes. I just tried using it again and it would not go through, so I said forget it and went to order at store. When I arrived, I ordered and then mentioned they had a super similar order so we checked... and my order had gone through. 15 minutes after I’d tried placing it. I had already paid for both orders and I ended up having to do a charge back on my credit card because they couldn’t figure out how to do a return.Show lessAmethysst
App Needs Revision
App is slow on certain sections; app not responsive/slow when executing a transaction; app should have the capability to order from previous orders; app needs facial recognition to login.Paul Germic
Fix the app!
You need to revise the app to take advantage of the iPhone face recognition capability. I don’t want to, and won’t, use the app to order when I’m driving and want to order if I have to pull off the side of the road to key in my email address and password. Other than that we LOVE Sourdough and Co.CA95608
