  • Poor Excuse for an App

    This app is a poor excuse for a Card Manager. It doesn't allow you to do anything except see your balance and a couple of other things. Everytime they update, it is gets worse and you see less and less information. Unfortunately when they do an update it never works until you wait an hour on hold to speak with a representative who doesn't use the app, so they can't help you. Then you are transferred to App Support and have to leave a message because NO ONE is available. They NEVER call back so I do NOT RECOMMEND this app or this Credit Union. Technologically they are decades behind in every IT arena compared to other Credit Unions in their area.

  • Alert: Act before August 5th

    Receiving this alert when signing into account. Hey Georgia’s Own how about letting us know hope to fix this. Deleted then reinstalled app and still getting Alert Message. Need to move my accounts to a bank that knows what is doing.
  • Update alert

    For anyone that is getting that weird update alert when you open the app… but don’t see anything in the App Store. U have to delete the app and reinstall. When you open it the app, It will then update separately from the App Store. Dumb and weird. Do better GA Own. This is people’s money and lively hoods.

  • Update or Fraudulent?

    When i open the app it tells me there’s a new update available. but when i go to my update now list of apps or search for the app in apple search it doesn’t announce there is an update. Is this legitimate update?
  • Cards now transparent and menu is missing

    The credit cards used be be gray in color but are now transparent matching the background color of the app. Also, with multiple cards, the menu across the top is completely missing making it impossible to switch between cards. Is ANY testing done before releasing new versions? I mean seriously the app is now seriously broken.

  • Wish Ga Own had the same developer as Costco.

    If something in the program gets a snag there seems to be no fix. Not user friendly. I called in perhaps 50 times, unable to solve problem of signing in. Costco is great to use but high rates and so much more resource than GaOwn. Hopeful for a better design and will continue with paper till that happens.

  • It didn’t even let input my information

    My whole family has Georgia’s own credit Union and there is a plethora of issues that don’t even get addressed by their customer service. I downloaded this app specifically to freeze my card only to be told they cannot verify my information. I put my sister’s card in to see if it would work, same error message. I called their customer service and was tossed from representative to representative only to be told to download the app in order to freeze my card. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

  • App hardly works

    Every time I try to open the app it just says error. If I do manager to log in it errors out before pulling back my information. Can’t really rely on the app to make payments to your card. Have to log into online banking to do that.
  • I hate this app.

    Never can get logged in. Doesn’t like my user id and password. Biometrics are set up but won’t work and tell me they need to be set up.
  • I hate this app.

    I have never seen a bank make it so difficult to pay your credit card bill on time and from the correct account. I would say it is almost downright predatory. I miss the days of just being able to transfer money from my bank account to my credit card to pay it. This apps functionality is awful, and I wish I did not have to use it.
