    apparently you need this app to dispute a claim but the app won’t let my verify my card
  • Confusing Online Data

    I have had Ga’s Own online banking for over 11 years; and never had an issue determining what I owed base on what showed “Pending”, “Posted”, and “ Current Balance “. But now, this APP shows a single charge as both “Pending” and “Posted” - very confusing when I am trying to zero out my monthly “Current Balance” for credit reporting purposes. With the old APP it was simple math, that always based on my “Credit Limit” and the amount of my purchases with whatever banking charge was included. I just called and went through my card purchases with what is shown online, and the information could not be reconciled. Finally, the banking associate told me there must be something outstanding that is not showing up. All the purchases I have made are listed (as stated before- both as Pending and Posted). I told her I would wait a few days and check my account again. As stated by many others, I never had this issue with the old APP. I am giving this APP one star with the hope a low rating will prompt changes to improve it, or motivate Ga’s Own to return to the online credit card system that worked.

  • WORSE APP EVER CREATED!!!

    Georgia’s Own this HAS to be the worse app developed in History. You should pay all of your customer’s late fees for this piece of garbage. I can NEVER login I receive “ERROR: There was an issue retrieving your account information. Please log back in”

    The design makes it hard to navigate.
    Too many glitches.
  • Updated Review

    A few months into using this app and I’ve had to get on my desktop to pay my credit card bill far too many times because it wasn’t working. I’ve experienced multiple technical issues in the few months that this app has been live compared to the years that I had the old app. Hoping these bugs can fixed soon.. but I also wouldn’t mind if this new app was completely killed & we all go back to the old one.

  • Bad App, and not getting better.

    I tried it, if I could give it Zero stars I would, I scheduled a large payment, on the day it was to be sent, I checked it, it vanished, there was no posting, nothing under payments. I called Georgias Own, the response was pathetic. They fished for ways to blame me. I set it up, I monitored it, and watched it disappear. The Card Management App is Garbage, the customer service is worse!

  • Not a smooth migration

    Unable to log in after migration to separate app. No communication to my email or alternate app about upcoming changes.
  • Bad implementation

    This did not need to be its own app. Took time to set up and don’t see the point of not rolling this into the original app or remaking the original. Meh.. more digital clutter.
  • Unable to log on

    Same as several others..... can’t log on even after just enrolling.
  • Problem with your APP

    Cannot access App with my bank ID & Password . App will not recognize my Email which I’ve had for 30 yrs. All in all a lousy experience, cannot gain access to any activity on my card& found out It won’t take 2 payments in one day! It’s a mess!
