  • Antiquated?

    I have used this app for over a year on two devices, a phone and tablet. Today when I tried to log in with my phone using biometrics I was asked to submit user name and password. I used the user and password stored in my passwords. Nothing happened. I went to my tablet, used the same user name and password from the stored file and immediately logged in. The same user and pw! Very poor app. Not to mention how difficult it is to determine what my payment should be, if I can get into the app.

  • New On Line Banking support

    I have never been so frustrated with Telco as I am today. Yesterday attempting to log in to one of my joint accounts to pay a bill I got locked out for using the wrong password. There is not a place, that I can find, on this new app to reset me password. I was on hold yesterday over 17 minutes and today over 23 minutes only to be told someone will call back. This new app is the worst enhancement that I’ve ever seen. Many more keystrokes to pay a bill. Why have they taken something that was fairly simple and user friendly and made it so difficult to use. Customer support, customer service…..gone. Terrible change.

  • Bad just got worse

    This app, which wasn’t great to begin with, just got an update that won’t let you even login. Enter your user and pass and the login button remains untappable. Worthless.
  • This app is terrible

    It makes me want to get a credit card with another bank. I can't even login to pay my card off. My Face ID turns off every week or so on this app and then I type my password and it tells me it's wrong. It's terrible and I have to call every time this happens. Please hire a new development team for this app or I'm changing banks. It was be zero starts if I could

  • App simply doesn’t work

    For what ever the reason I can’t log out, can’t get passed the license agreement screen, can’t see my accounts and can’t manage my payments. This is supposed to be a credit card management app that’s associated with a bank account which makes it somewhat alarming that a bank management system would be this bad. Georgia’s Own Credit Union should be embarrassed to be associated with this app. Please fix or update and demand better from this vendor. This unacceptable.

  • Awful App - Frequently down

    This is not just one of, but it is of all time, the worst banking app. I can’t wait to remove all of my recurring payments from this card.

    I literally can’t pay the card charges on a timely manner since the app is almost always down. I would have to go the antiquated phone method. Nope, just moving my recurring bills instead.

  • So elementary , a 5 year old could have made it

    The app is the most basic of financial/banking support apps I’ve seen thus far. Literally the reason I don’t use my CC, is because I can’t efficiently manage transactions, get payment alerts, see payments pending/scheduled OR (wait for it), view my CC statements! Who wants to risk missing a payment or not paying enough due to shoddy reporting. The app literally has no value outside of turning travel notifications on/off.

  • Almost a year and still cannot login

    I have never been able to login. I cannot re-enroll. I have called support many times and have been told the app has problems and the only thing to do is try again later.
