Bad first experience
I ordered 2 1 day juice cleanses and my order arrived incomplete (missing 2 juices) and a couple of the other juices were incorrect/swapped out and did not match the description. Disappointing since customer service did not give me the opportunity to send them back so I could actually get a complete and correct order. They just credited me 2 juices. So, I was not able to fully do the 2 day cleanse as I had prepped for and planned my week around.Show lessHard to Order
To see all of the ingredients in the juice you have to click on it. Then when you click the arrow to go back to the shop, it takes you all the way to the top. So each time you want to see a juice description you have to start way back at the top and scroll down trying to find where you left off. They should fix it so it goes back to the place you were.Show lessNot user friendly
When you type something in the search button And hit search..you get to the new landing page- once you’ve made a selection you can’t go back to the landing page you searched for. This should be an easy swipe back instead of having to continuously search for the same thing over again.
If you want to select a multi day bundle on an cleanse, should you decide to customize the bundle- it will only allow you to add one days bundle instead of the multi day cleanseShow less
