Bad first experience

I ordered 2 1 day juice cleanses and my order arrived incomplete (missing 2 juices) and a couple of the other juices were incorrect/swapped out and did not match the description. Disappointing since customer service did not give me the opportunity to send them back so I could actually get a complete and correct order. They just credited me 2 juices. So, I was not able to fully do the 2 day cleanse as I had prepped for and planned my week around.

Hard to Order

To see all of the ingredients in the juice you have to click on it. Then when you click the arrow to go back to the shop, it takes you all the way to the top. So each time you want to see a juice description you have to start way back at the top and scroll down trying to find where you left off. They should fix it so it goes back to the place you were.

Not user friendly

When you type something in the search button And hit search..you get to the new landing page- once you’ve made a selection you can’t go back to the landing page you searched for. This should be an easy swipe back instead of having to continuously search for the same thing over again.
If you want to select a multi day bundle on an cleanse, should you decide to customize the bundle- it will only allow you to add one days bundle instead of the multi day cleanse

Won’t take my Visa cards. Forces you to tip.

This is a review of the app, not the store.
The app has been very problematic for me to use. I’ve used it 3 times in the past week and each time experience the same issues.
1. Keeps saying that my credit card rejected the payment. Not true. I called cc company and they don’t even show a request from pressed to charge. So the problem is on PJ app side. I now have to use PayPal.

2. Although the app says tipping is not required, the app won’t let me submit my order without tipping. I tried to enter $0, thinking that by entering any number I could then submit the order. Nope. .01 didn’t work either. It only worked when I tipped $1, or one of their automatic options. I don’t like that at all.

Excellent Interaction With Ciaran

Beware of delivery order changes with no notice

I have used both delivery and order ahead for pickup options in the app. I once had 6 juices replaced with a new pre workout protein shake. I had ordered another 6 misc juices that were all citrus forward light juices. Needless to say, the protein shakes went into the trash. I attempted a sip and it was awful and nothing I would have ever ordered. No one called to ask for the change on the order and I was charged for something I did not want. I have also had a pick up order where the location called me because 1 of the juices wasn’t in stock and said I needed to provide a substitute or they would cancel my order. I am not sure if that was something new or if they just call the Uber driver when it is a delivery? I had a previous delivery shorted and they gave my a card with a $10 credit. It’s all inconsistent. The app needs to provide an option for a substitute item or they need to call the customer directly for their order before they throw something else in the bag that is not wanted by the customer. Or simply short the item and credit the account. I am hesitant to place online delivery orders now for this reason as that is not acceptable.

Great App! But Needs Some Tweaks

I was able to sign up for VIP and seamlessly order my first juices through the app the other day. I even received my juices early within the time slot (local delivery)!

The only reason why I give this app 4 out of 5 stars is that there should be an easier way to check on your orders.

To check on your orders it’s a bit much because you have to click on the hamburger menu > My Account > Manage Account > Order History.

Perhaps moving “Offers” to the “Shop” tab to make room for an Orders tab on the home nav would work. Maybe you could even remove the Offers tab altogether because it already shows up in the Home tab.

Great App!

I was able to successfully sign up for VIP, seamlessly order some juice, and had it delivered in no time! So I think it’s a great app and the juice is amazing!

The only reason I give this 4 stars out of 5 is because I wish the “Offers” tab was moved into the “Shop” tab because those could be consolidated together and that the “Orders” was moved to the Home Screen on the nav so your orders can be more easily accessed.

To get to your orders you have to go digging for it by going to the hamburger menu > My Account > Orders.

Payment malfunction

During the portion when it has you select payment before submitting the order, it’s so odd that when you add Apple Pay, it seems like it has charged you already for your order, but then it takes you to a final window where you then actually submit your order, which makes you feel like you were charged twice.

Gift card

There is no where to put in a gift card when someone buys you one when you ask multiple store employees from different locations they can’t figure it out either.
Also when your a VIP member ONLY ORDER ONLINE you will get better deals VS in store they can never get the right price to reflect and you end up paying more. They app runs slow when your trying to check out as well which is annoying
