Apply pay doesn’t work
I tried to pay with Apple Pay multiple times and every time my payment was declined. I had to then line up to check out and Apple Pay worked with there credit card system. Apple Pay worked with the old app but not with this new one.PNY@1
New app fixed
Update: they fixed the slowness with scanning barcodes in the app, works great now-nice and snappy 👍🏼

Hi Vind, thanks for reporting this issue! Good news - we've released a major scanner improvement since your report - please update to the latest version of the app and you'll have much faster scanning.No longer a good app
The app is extremely slow. With the old app, an item scanned instantaneously now it takes about 20 seconds. I constantly received a message trouble scanning item. I would have to try 2 or 3 times before the item registered.
The other big problem with the app is that sale or promotion prices in the produce department are not reflected in the app. For example, there was a promotion for avocados, five for $4.88. When you scanned the avocado, it’s scanned at two dollars for one. So by scanning five avocados, my price would’ve been $10 and not the $4.88. This had become an issue with the before the update. I would’ve thought that the update would fixed this problem.
I am disappointed in that what used to be a relatively good app is now terrible. For me the point of this app was to be able to run into the supermarket, get the things I needed and get out without having to wait half an hour or more in a line.Moggie101

Hi Moggie101, thanks for reporting these issues! First, we've released a major scanner improvement, please update your app and you'll find scanner performance to be much faster than the original. Regarding the avocado promotion, promotions that are advertised as $X for Y deal may not kick in until you have scanned Y items. If you scan the amount of items for an advertised deal, and the deal doesn't appear in the app, please let a staff member know - they can fix it for your purchase and fix the discrepancy for others.
