Do NOT buy this frame
After a year it will stop allowing you to load pictures to it. Despite not even being half full. It will ask you for $2.99 to continue your “service” for another year. Do not be held hostage by this company, buy another frame.

After a year of sending photos. The app is requesting me to pay for a yearly service to send pictures and videos , terrible I would have Ever have purchased frame
Cannot Creat an Account
The app won’t let me create an account. It states my name must be 1-20 letters, numbers and underscores. Tried adding all that the error message stated, and still denied. Bought it as a Christmas gift for my mom. Glad I tried the app before opening. It’s going back to the seller.

I was skeptical at first but found if you follow the directions it works well. Easy to use.
Just say no
My wife got this thingfor xmas. I was dubious about letting it behind my firewall, but for peace in the family I hooked it to my internal network. I could never get the "binding " to work, but the email option seemed to, so it got installed in the kitchen and all was domestic bliss until August, when one of the daughters discovered that she couldn't upload pictures anymore, and Granny realized that we haven't seen anything new since April.
At this point, my eldest has been posting pictures to somewhere (in China, maybe?), I have no idea what else this thing has poked through my firewall, and my wife can't look at her grandkids.
There's gotta be a better option.

It’s a Joke
This app is a joke. I try to send pictures to my frame, but the pictures never make it.
Can’t set up an account
I just downloaded and it keeps giving me an error message that says my last name needs to be 20 numbers. What?
Phone doesn’t recognize the app
I have downloaded the app to my iPhone XR. When I open it it asks that I allow it access to my photos and sends me to Settings. However the app is not listed in settings. I tried deleting and reloading but no good. Please tell me how to get this to work.
Same issues as others
I have the same issue with making an account. I can’t. Just repeatedly says abnormal service.
