Kicks me out every time
I try to reset password, I deleted app reinstalled, new account, keeps telling me password needs to have letters numbers etc..it does. .my password keeper saves it. Please fix ASAP. Sadly the product is nice. I will have to return.
joint frame app not stable
when you try to load a photo or more than one, the app closes. it’s not a wifi issue. the app is not stable and the makers of the frame need to use a different app. to talk to support, the first blank is your name, the second is your email or phone number and the 3rd is the issue you are having. then the little code in the box and send.

Crashes every time.
Terrible!
Every time I try to select photos that are taken in portrait mode it closes me out of the app!!! So frustrating!!!!! So now I have a $120 picture frame that I can’t use with any of my photos that were taken in portrait mode on my iPhone... which is what most of my pictures are.... please fix this issue! I tried clicking app support to see if I could contact someone to help me fix the issue but since the entire site is in Chinese I can’t read or understand anything!!! 😡
