  • Disappointing

    The claim submission process is relatively easy, but they only use it to deny your claim. We had a marker burst on our sofa. I submitted pictures and video. They denied the claim as an ‘“accumulation of damage” and “normal wear and tear.” I figured that accidents happen and I’ll just call to get it straightened out. However, when you call you can’t get a human. They push you back to the app with the closed claim you can’t do anything about, so I submitted another claim and referenced the first. Hopefully there’s actually a human that works there and not just an algorithm that denies submissions. We will see.

  • Customer service

    Tabitha, the customer service person I talked to today which is April 4, 2024. She was a great help with clearing my problem up. I had an issue of another person‘s name being was shown on my account and I’ve called three times before explaining that I had a problem with that, Tabitha cleared up my problem and she helped me with his great assistance in getting my claim done for today and I’m very of her assistance she was very helpful and she deserve five stars. That’s why I’m giving it rating today at five but the experience I had of having someone’s information shown to me which I should not have seen and I explained that to the other two people that I’ve called concerning this issue which did not help me at all because I continually experience seeing this person which was another customer information and Tabitha was of great help clearing up that problem. She deserves the five star rating. That’s the only reason why I’m giving that to you guys. Today is because of Tabitha, but other all I guess the experience of seeing someone’s information was not great because I would not want anyone to see my personal information either so great applause to Tabitha, thank you

  • Claim reporting process

    I have an issue that came up with the recliner buttons, I’m not very tech saavy, but I was able to download the app easily, write what the problem is, and take pictures and video of the issue. I didn’t have to wait on the phone for prompts which might direct me to the wrong dept. Easy to submit
