App doesn’t work
Try to set up password and it keeps saying passwords needs letters Ana numbers which it has. I bought a different brand with different app that works great.

Terrible app
I’ve been trying for about an hour to register and every time there is a different pop up with various errors but they don’t make sense. How does one register for this app?
Can’t create an account
Having the same problem as other people. It won’t let me set a password. Will also have to return product.
Unreliable
When the app is working, it works great. I was able to set it up on my phone but the person I gifted it to can’t set it up. Keeps telling her the password doesn’t have characters and letters, etc even though it does. Same issue with my husband’s phone.
So far so good!
Very easy app, sends to frame within seconds. Working great!
Frustrating
It won’t let me enter my frame ID. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it a couple times, but the app always freezes when I get to entering the frame ID. I love the idea and it was a sweet gift, I just wished it worked! :(

Having issues
I’m having issues just being able to even creat an account. I have deleted the app re installed it. Tried different email address and it keeps telling me adnormal service try again. I even gave it a few days made sure my phone was updated and still won’t let me creat an account.
No issues
Not having the issues others are having. Note that password should not contain any special characters- letters and numbers only. No problem loading photos in landscape or portrait. I do wish when it rotates them it would increase the size. Photos do not fill the fame size though. So size of photos is a bit small for viewing.
